Journalist and activist Christopher Rufo will join Daily Wire editor emeritus Ben Shapiro Friday to release exclusive footage documenting the left-wing ideological capture of the Department of Education.

Shapiro teased the interview on X, writing that Rufo will be joining his show tomorrow “to drop new exclusive bombshell clips and documents from the Department of Education,” adding, “You won’t see this anywhere else. Don’t miss it.”

“I’m sitting on a trove of insane videos, slides, and documents from the Department of Education. The whole department functions like a Ponzi scheme for left-wing ideologies,” Rufo remarked, adding that he was waiting for the moment of “maximum impact.”

President Donald Trump is reportedly preparing an executive order to shut down the Department of Education. Trump stated that he’d close the department during his campaign, saying in one video, “One other thing I’ll be doing very early in the administration is closing up the Department of Education in Washington, D.C., and sending all education and education work and needs back to the states.”

Rufo has begun releasing internal documents from the department, indicating that the executive agency has been captured by left-wing ideologues who’ve used the government to push gender ideology and critical race theory.

“The Education Department granted $8 million” of taxpayer funds to an organization behind a presentation on “Identifying and Disrupting Your Whiteness.” The organization advised over 7,000 school districts across the Midwest as it pushed far-left ideology and demonized the United States as a white supremacist society.

“The term whiteness refers to race privilege, a way of seeing the world, and a set of cultural practices that are usually unmarked and unnamed,” the presenter said. That same organization created a DOE-funded resource claiming that white people do not have “permission to accuse BIPOC of being racist” and arguing that black children must “decolonize the mind” from the effects of whiteness and capitalism.

The executive agency also partnered with “Welcoming Schools,” a left-wing organization that taught elementary school students “there are many ways to be a girl, boy, both, or neither.”

In 2023, the Department of Education partnered with “Welcoming Schools,” an NGO program that teaches elementary school children that they might be “pansexual,” use “they/them” pronouns, and imitate “non-binary animals.”

The organization also taught young children that they might be “pansexual” and can use “they/them” pronouns, all while discussing “non-binary” butterflies. 

A prominent Texas land developer with ties to Colony Ridge admitted that he profits off selling to unqualified foreign buyers, which could include illegal immigrants, an email obtained by The Daily Wire reveals.

Scot Campbell, the former head of the Texas Land Developers Association, made the comments in response to The Daily Wire’s initial investigation into Colony Ridge, a 60-square mile development north of Houston that’s become infamous for attracting illegal aliens to a once-quiet Texas town through its marketing and financial schemes.

“We will not be able to sell our developments if each of our buyers have to have [social security numbers], and we have to qualify each buyer as to the buyer’s ability to repay,” wrote Campbell, who also runs the owner-financing company SRC Land.

“It will kill our industry and will make our future resale of foreclosed lots worth a lot less … because we will all be fighting over a few qualified buyers.” Campbell was writing in response to The Daily Wire’s investigation into Colony Ridge, which highlighted that the development encouraged potential buyers to “own land in the United States.”

Campbell seemingly went on to confirm The Daily Wire’s report that the marketing tactics used by Colony Ridge had attracted large numbers of illegal aliens, writing, “it was President Biden that opened the flood gates and allowed millions of people in without identification and no jobs.”

Just months after admitting his business model relies on selling to foreigners and unqualified buyers, the Justice Department and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau hit Colony Ridge with a lawsuit alleging that the development and its loan operations took advantage of a language barrier to churn unqualified borrowers through a cycle of foreclosure.

The suit was followed by a similar lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who charged that Colony Ridge “targets foreign born and Hispanic consumers with limited or no access to credit with promises of cheap, ready to build land and financing without proof of income.”

Campbell characterized The Daily Wire story as an attack on the seller-finance industry, which allows the seller of a property to offer loans directly to buyers without the use of a bank, oftentimes at a significantly higher interest rate than a usual mortgage. He encouraged the Texas Land Developers Association (TLDA), a professional trade union that lobbies in support of the same type of seller-finance schemes, to counter the story.

Scot Campbell’s daughter, Gayle Campbell, is a TLDA member who performed work on behalf of Colony Ridge via her company Loan Originator Services LLC, which processed loans for the development.

Both Loan Originator Services and Gayle Campbell were named in the Justice Department-CFPB suit, which alleged that the company “fails to assess borrower’s ability to repay and does not request proof of income or liabilities from borrowers.” Campbell and her company were later dismissed from the suit, with the judge saying there was no evidence that she was directly involved in the same discriminatory “reverse redlining” practices that Colony Ridge stands accused of.

Gayle Campbell is not the only link between Colony Ridge and the TLDA. One recipient of Campbell’s emails was Chuck Rice, a Texas lobbyist who raked in anywhere from $78,360 to $196,579 from Colony Ridge, another $68,360 to $171,579 from Colony Ridge lawyer Brent Lane, and anywhere from $551,310 to $1.1 million from the TLDA, his biggest client. He received anywhere from $5 to $141,619 from SR Campbell Properties Inc., owned by Scot Campbell.

Scot Campbell told The Daily Wire that his comments about foreign buyers did not necessarily refer to illegal aliens.

“The U.S. real estate industry relies on foreign investment, and Texas is third in the nation for foreign buyers of real estate,” Campbell claimed.

He also told The Daily Wire that foreclosures are unprofitable for owner-financed companies.

“Uneducated onlookers are under the very false impression that foreclosing on owner-financed properties is a good business model. It is not, at least not for me or anyone else I know. Our business model is based entirely on keeping buyers on the property, and trying to never have to foreclose.”

But the CFPB says Colony Ridge foreclosed on 30 percent of lots within three years of their sale, “repurchasing and reselling them, often at higher prices.”

Campbell went on to highlight the regulatory differences between different types of sales, stating that “land sales do not require a buyer to submit documents proving that the borrower would qualify for a bank loan on a house.”

The controversy surrounding Colony Ridge has prompted State Rep. Janis Holt, whose district contains the development, to introduce legislation that would assist the state government in tracking land sales. The legislation, House Bill 2159, could be used to identify the foreign buyers in Colony Ridge and similar developments, with Holt saying that it would “bring transparency to all property sales, including properties bought with cash.”

Numerous illegal aliens have been caught living in Colony Ridge, including one human smuggler who federal agents say was involved in a “mass casualty event” when a tractor trailer full of migrants crashed, killing more than 50 people. The man, a Guatemalan national, purchased at least four Colony Ridge properties before he was apprehended in a joint operation by the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Two illegal alien murder suspects who lived in Colony Ridge were arrested earlier this year. One of the men, described by authorities as a “fugitive murder suspect wanted by Interpol,” had already been deported from the United States twice before establishing a residence in Colony Ridge.

Those two arrests came after a teen was allegedly abducted at gunpoint inside the development and was shot at as he fled his captors.

The Department of Health and Human Services has agreed to fund a study on “systemic inflammation” among “Latinx young adults” who fear that they will be deported.

Taxpayers will fork over $36,978 for University of Houston researchers to study how the fear of deportation can potentially result in adverse health outcomes for “Latinx youth,” a grant listing reveals.

“Fear of deportation is prevalent in this population, with nearly 39% of Latinxs expressing concern about the possibility of themselves or someone they know being deported,” the grant description reads. “Fear of deportation has been linked to high levels of anxiety and depression among Latinx populations, yet little is known about the underlying mechanism driving this relation.”

The study, which “aims to shed light on the influence of structural racism on health through biological processes,” explains that academics “will recruit 150 Latinx college students with temporary or no legal status and 150 Latinx students with permanent legal status to complete online questionnaires and provide a saliva sample.”

The grant description also lists a number of different hypotheses, including the conjecture that engaging in political activism can somehow mitigate “systemic inflammation.”

“It is hypothesized that political activism … will mitigate the associations between fear of deportation, systemic inflammation, and depression and anxiety.” It also hypothesizes that “discrimination” and “skin color” will “act as moderators of links between fear of deportation, inflammation, and mental health.”

The study further justifies itself, adding at the conclusion that it will “support the training of a first-generation, Latina immigrant who seeks to address health disparities through doctoral study and an independent research career in psychology.”

The program, which has a start date of September 1st, 2024, and an end date of August 31st, 2027, will be bankrolled by the National Institutes of Health as part of its “Minority Health and Health Disparities Research” program. The funds have not been disbursed yet, the grant listing indicates.

The Trump administration has deported roughly 11,000 illegal aliens in the first 18 days since the inauguration. The initial deportation operations are focused on criminal illegal aliens, including murderers, rapists, and members of violent gangs and drug cartels.

The University of Houston did not respond to a request for comment.

Coca-Cola is being blasted as “Woka-Cola” in an ad campaign highlighting the company’s support for men playing in women’s sports and its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda.

The ad campaign from Consumers’ Research hones in on the company’s leftwing advocacy and will feature a mobile billboard moving around Coca-Cola’s headquarters and museum in Atlanta.

“Coca-Cola should just call itself ‘Woka-Cola’ since it insists on putting woke politics ahead of its consumers,” Consumers’ Research Executive Director Will Hild told The Daily Wire. “Americans have made it abundantly clear that they want companies to stop pushing radical political agendas, but Coca-Cola refuses to listen.”

Consumers’ Research also sent out a “woke alert” highlighting Coca-Cola’s corporate advocacy for allowing men to play in women’s sports leagues and their broader support for the transgender movement. The organization previously hit the corporation over their support for DEI and their links to China.

Coca-Cola now sits on the advisory council of the Centre for Sport and Human Rights (CSHR), a leftist organization that advocates for “the inclusion of transgender athletes” in leagues that do not reflect their biological sex.

The group celebrated “the first openly transgender woman to compete” in the Olympics, male bodybuilder Laurel Hubbard.

CSHR is also behind a guide on “transgender, nonbinary, and intersex inclusion” at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The guide says boys to be allowed to play in girls’ youth soccer leagues, requires the use of gender neutral language, and encourages FIFA to “diversify hiring practices.”

“Instead of backing away from unfair and unpopular positions like men in women’s sports and racist DEI policies, Coca-Cola has senselessly decided it cares more about catering to woke activists than sound business decisions,” Hild said.

But Coca-Cola’s allegiance to the transgender movement doesn’t end with the CSHR. The Coca-Cola Foundation also gave $150,000 to the Transgender Law Center (TLC) to back “leadership development and skill building for transgender activists and allies.” The far-left TLC has also filed an amicus brief against Tennessee’s law defending children from medical sex-change interventions, including cross-sex hormone therapies and surgeries that threaten to sterilize children.

The corporation also backed the Trevor Project, a far-left organization that advocates for children undergoing irreversible transgender medical procedures, to the tune of at least a quarter million dollars. The organization runs a secretive online chat site for children who believe that they are the opposite gender, children to discuss their sexuality with adults without their parents’ knowledge.

Coca-Cola gave another $50,000 to a far-left organization called Startout, which is dedicated to “empowering LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs” who will become an “essential driver of inclusivity and social progress.” And the Atlanta Pride Festival counted Coca-Cola among its partners in October 2024. The event featured a “family fun zone” and a drag queer story hour for young children.

The corporation’s adherence to leftwing dogmas extends beyond transgenderism and to the DEI agenda, with Coca-Cola claiming that the ideological approach was a “strategic business priority” that was “critical to the company’s success.” The corporation opposed one shareholder proposal that would have prompted the company to issue a report exploring if its DEI policies created legal issues pertaining to race and sex-based discrimination.

Coca-Cola is also making effort to diversify its leadership in the name of DEI, writing that “it is our aspiration by 2030 to have women hold 50% of senior leadership roles at the company and in the U.S. to have race and ethnicity representation reflect national census data at all levels.”

A wide range of companies have recently dropped their DEI programs in the midst of a broader cultural shift against the ideology. Now Consumers’ Research says that it is time for “Woka-Cola” to follow suit.

“If Coca-Cola wants to win back the trust of consumers, it must end its woke ways. Until then, Consumers’ Research will continue to put these companies on blast,” Hild said.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement continued its deportation efforts over the weekend, arresting criminal illegal aliens across the country who have been charged with rape, murder, and more.

Daily Wire host Matt Walsh first reported the latest arrests on his show Monday.

Reviewing the rogue’s gallery rounded up by ICE, Walsh wondered why Trump’s deportation plans have spurred protests.

“When you see all the protests of the people who are lamenting the fact that these these deportations, this is what they’re lamenting, they don’t want deportations. They say no human being is illegal, yadda, yadda, and so on. And what that means is they want these people to remain in our communities. It’s just a a delusional, insane, suicidal point of view.”

Here are some of the criminal illegals captured by ICE this last weekend, including their criminal histories, according to a Trump administration official.

ICE Atlanta. Federal agents arrested David Maduagu, a Nigerian illegal alien convicted of money laundering in Utah, where he was sentenced to 26 months in prison.

ICE San Antonio. ICE arrested Omar Trujillo Zuniga, a Mexican national convicted of assault and sentenced to six months in prison.

ICE Washington. Federal immigration enforcement agents arrested Honduran national Mario Reyes-Flores. Flores has been convicted of a hit-and-run in connection to a driving under the influence incident. He has been sentenced to a year in jail.

ICE San Diego. Federal agents arrested Lucas Eberlindo Ramirez-Gregorio, a Guatemalan national arrested for willful cruelty to a child and sentenced to five years in prison.

ICE New York City. Federal agents apprehended illegal alien Erick Armando Deleon Corado, who was convicted of rape and sentenced to 10 years probation. Agents also arrested a member of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, Enderbi Alejandro Polo Arias, who was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the State of New York.

ICE Newark. ICE arrested Eber Diaz-Matamoros, a Honduran citizen who has been convicted of a sex offense against a child and sentenced to four years in prison.

ICE Chicago. ICE arrested criminal illegal alien and Mexican citizen Pedro Bailon-Carmen. Bailon has been convicted of homicide and sentenced to 216 months in prison.

ICE Buffalo. ICE agents captured Stephan Emanuel Jones, an illegal alien and citizen of Guyana who has been convicted of murder and sentenced to five years in prison.

ICE arrested roughly 11,000 illegal aliens prior to this weekend in the first 18 days of the Trump administration. The arrests come as President Donald Trump has directed the military to prepare the Guantanamo Naval Base to detain as many as 30,000 criminal illegal aliens. Some illegal aliens have already been transported to the site as members of the Marines work to expand detention capacity.

President Donald Trump’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has racked up 11,000 illegal alien arrests in the first 18 days of this administration as the president seeks to enact the largest mass deportation operation in the history of the United States.

The figure, reported by the New York Post, includes a multitude of violent criminal offenders and members of gangs and cartels.

The arrests have resulted in the capture of Fernando Vasquez-Mendoza in Rio Grande Valley, Texas, with ICE explaining that the man, a previously deported Mexican national, is a hired killer working on behalf of the Gulf Cartel.

Federal immigration enforcement agents have also arrested Cristian Jose Concepcion-Manrique, a member of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua who had a prior assault conviction and illegally entered the United States in December by way of El Paso.

The Daily Wire highlighted a number of violent criminals captured around the country on the last Sunday in January, including a Tren de Aragua member, a Mexican national in possession of child pornography, a drug and weapons trafficker, and even a member of MS-13 who engaged in “acts of terrorism” in his home country.

ICE’s arrest figures are already on track to dwarf those of the previous administration, which made 33,000 arrests through ICE last year, a Department of Homeland Security official said.

The recent arrests are also testing ICE’s ability to hold such a high number of detainees. While ICE has the resources to hold 41,500 detainees, it now says it is “burning well over that to the tune of several hundred million dollars.”

ICE is expected to open four different detention facilities Friday, each of which will be operated by the Bureau of Prisons.

The Trump administration has also begun flying criminal illegal aliens to Guantanamo Bay, with Marines also being sent to the naval base to establish more detention capacity for illegal alien detainees. Trump says that once complete, it will be able to hold 30,000 illegal aliens.

A Republican Texas state representative has introduced legislation to improve property sale transparency in an attempt to address issues surrounding Colony Ridge, a sprawling Texas development that’s become notorious for attracting illegal aliens through its marketing operations and loan schemes.

Rep. Janis Holt of Texas’ 18th State House district introduced the legislation, House Bill 2519, as a response to concerns surrounding the 60-square mile land development north of Houston that the Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau have accused of rapidly flipping properties and churning buyers through a cycle of foreclosure.

The legislation would establish a more thorough record-keeping system for property sales for government use.

“One of the major issues in my district is Colony Ridge. Colony Ridge is one of the largest — if not the largest — illegal immigrant settlement in Texas and probably in the United States,” Holt said in a video posted on X by the Texas House Republican Caucus. “I am laser-focused on finding solutions to the problems that surround Colony Ridge.”

“My signature legislation will be to create a form to track real property transfers in order to bring transparency to all property sales, including properties bought with cash,” Holt stated, adding that the bill would also reduce title fraud cases.

The legislation could provide additional clarity as to who exactly lives in Colony Ridge. An initial investigation by The Daily Wire in 2023 found that Colony Ridge appears to market specifically to foreign buyers, encouraging potential customers to “own land in the United States” and communicating with them via WhatsApp, a platform commonly used for international communication.

Federal authorities have recently caught numerous criminals in the development, including one Guatemalan illegal alien smuggler who is believed to have been involved in a “mass casualty event” in which more than 50 people died when a tractor-trailer crashed. The man owned at least three homes in Colony Ridge as he hid from federal authorities.

Deportation operations are now underway in Colony Ridge, with federal immigration enforcement agents believed to have captured an El Salvadorean illegal alien wanted for murder, among others.

Holt also discussed the issue with President Donald Trump’s Border Czar, Tom Homan, in early January. In a Facebook post, Holt explained that “addressing the challenges posed by Colony Ridge requires coordinated efforts at the federal, state and local levels ” and called it “a priority that demands action and accountability.”

“I enjoyed my conversation with Border Czar Tom Homan. We will coordinate with his office and attack this issue head on,” she added.

Holt took the seat previously held by Ernest Bailes, a Republican who, The Daily Wire reported, received campaign donations from Colony Ridge developer William “Trey” Harris. Colony Ridge was one of the core issues raised in the primary, with Bailes attempting to defend his record on the development while other ads attacked him for it.

A leftwing organization is set to receive more than $22 million from the United States government for a campaign that encouraged illegal aliens to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, The Daily Wire has learned.

Nearly $19 million of the $22.4 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has already been paid out to UnidosUS to support the leftwing non-profit’s efforts to expand vaccination with a focus on “vulnerable populations” within the Latino community, including illegal aliens.

The grant, dispersed through the Center for Disease Control, funds UnidosUS’s campaign to “increase awareness, education, and promotion of the COVID-19 vaccine among Latinos, including vulnerable populations, E.G. essential workers and undocumented individuals.” The grant began in February 2021 and is set to conclude at the end of January 2026.

UnidosUS, a 501(c)(3) organization that describes itself as the nation’s largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization, appears to have used the funding to create the “Esperanza Hope for All Adult Vaccine Access Program,” which it credits to the CDC funding.

“Since its inception in 2021, Esperanza Hope for All … has been at the forefront of mitigating the health, economic and educational impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on Latino communities,” a program factsheet reads.

A 2021 toolkit promoting the program includes question-and-answer flashcards, including one that asks, “Can I get a COVID-19 vaccine if I am undocumented?”

“Yes, the COVID-19 vaccines are available for the undocumented community,” the toolkit reads. “Public health employees should not discriminate against undocumented individuals from getting the COVID-19 vaccines,” and “the Biden administration has stated that ICE and CBP will not be at vaccination sites.”

The toolkit also includes a list of “messaging do’s and don’ts.” Partner organizations encouraging vaccination were encouraged to avoid phrases like “keep your country safe,” instead saying “keep your family safe” or “keep those most vulnerable safe.”

The funding was awarded to the UnidosUS despite the organization admitting in its own documents that COVID-19 deaths were not disproportionately prevalent among Latinos in relation to their share of the United States population.

“The coronavirus pandemic continues to take a horrific toll on our nation, and Hispanics have suffered disproportionately. Latinos are 18% of the population but are 21% of all COVID-19 cases and 18% of all deaths nationwide,” the group states before adding that Latinos were found to be more likely to be hospitalized for the disease. 

UnidosUS did not respond to a request for comment.

President Donald Trump’s newly confirmed Attorney General Pam Bondi has directed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to halt federal funding to sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement agents.

The move from Bondi was one of her day-one directives and comes alongside a slate of policies and executive orders from the Trump administration as it seeks to secure the southern border and deport illegal aliens already present within the United States.

Trump alluded to plans to defund sanctuary cities in an interview with Fox News two days after he was inaugurated, stating that he “might have to” cut federal funding to cities that shield illegal aliens from deportation. A court ruled in Trump’s favor in 2020, finding that his DOJ was legally allowed to deny grants to cities that refused to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement agents.

A map of sanctuary cities compiled by the Center for Immigration Studies reveals that various cities across the country, including Lansing, Michigan, New York, New York, Richmond, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland, and numerous others, refuse to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Entire states, such as California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Colorado have also adopted sanctuary policies to protect illegal aliens from deportations. Counties in conservative states like Tennessee, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nebraska have adopted the policies as well, while some regional jail systems have similarly refused to comply with ICE detainer requests for illegal aliens who have been charged with a crime.

Multiple Democratic leaders of sanctuary jurisdictions spoke out against President Donald Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens in the immediate aftermath of his November election victory, doubling down on their refusal to cooperate with ICE as the federal agents work to deport criminal illegal aliens.

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey said she would “absolutely not” assist with federal deportation efforts just days after ICE agents located and arrested multiple illegal aliens who are accused of raping children.

Denver’s Democrat Mayor Mike Johnston indicated that he would use police to keep federal immigration enforcement agents out of the city. “More than us having DPD stationed at the county line to keep them out, you would have 50,000 Denverites there,” Johnston said.

An illegal alien from Venezuela was arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year old girl in Denver shortly after Johnston blustered against Trump’s planned deportation operations.

Bondi’s move to cut federal funding from sanctuary cities was one of her day-one directives, which also included establishing a “Weaponization Working Group” to review instances of “politicized justice,” urging prosecutors to seek the death penalty under certain circumstances, and working alongside the Department of Homeland Security to “completely eliminate” the cartels, which Trump designated as foreign terror organizations during his first day in office.

The United States began flying illegal aliens to the Guantanamo Bay facility in Cuba today as the Trump administration continues its work to prepare the naval base to serve as a detention center for tens of thousands of migrants.

The first flight, scheduled to leave today from Fort Bliss in Texas, has roughly a dozen illegal aliens on board. While the base is currently equipped to hold 120 illegal aliens, the Trump administration says it will expand the base to be able to hold 30,000 aliens.

The flight comes less than a week after President Donald Trump announced that Guantanamo Bay, which has historically been used to detain terror suspects, will be used “to detain the worst criminal illegal aliens threatening the American people.”

“Guantanamo Bay will hold the worst of the worst. That starts today,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote in a post on X alongside pictures of the illegal aliens.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also confirmed that the administration was at work transporting illegal aliens to the naval base. “The first flights from the United States to Guantanamo Bay with illegal migrants are under way,” Leavitt said in a recent appearance on Fox Business. “He’s not messing around,” she said of President Trump’s recent actions cracking down on illegal immigration.

About 200 United States Marines have reportedly been sent to Guantanamo Bay, with as many as 500 in total expected to arrive at the military base in the next few days. The Marines will build new infrastructure to expand the base’s detention capacity, including through the construction of tents. Trump noted the significance of the step last week, explaining that the move “is going to double our capacity immediately.”

“Some of them are so bad we don’t even trust the countries to hold them,” Trump said of criminal illegal aliens, adding that “we don’t want them coming back so we’re going to send them out to Guantanamo.”

The president’s executive order authorizing the creation of new detention facilities at Guantanamo Bay specifies that the base will be used to hold “high-priority criminal aliens unlawfully present in the United States.”

Pfizer publicly dropped race-based selection criteria from an internship program that discriminated against white and Asian applicants, settling a lawsuit with Do No Harm, an organization committed to safeguarding the medical industry from leftwing ideology.

The pharmaceutical giant settled with Do No Harm after the organization launched a lawsuit challenging Pfizer’s Breakthrough Fellowship program, which originally excluded white and Asian would-be applicants on the basis of their race.

Do No Harm Chairman Dr. Stanley Goldfarb touted the victory, noting that the settlement amounts to an admission from the company that they were previously engaged in unlawful racial discrimination.

“While Pfizer would like to quietly sweep their unlawful discrimination under the rug, their settlement acknowledges what we said all along: racially discriminatory programs are unlawful and will not go unchallenged,” Goldfarb told The Daily Wire. “For far too long, companies like Pfizer have allowed political ideology to hijack its core responsibilities.”

The lawsuit, launched by Do No Harm in September 2022, alleged that Pfizer was in violation of the Civil Rights Act, with the organization representing two individuals who were ineligible for the program.

The fellowship program from Pfizer originally stated that eligible applicants must “meet the program’s goals of increasing the pipeline for Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic and Native Americans.”

“In other words, White and Asian applicants aren’t welcome. This is the exact kind of racial discrimination that so-called ‘anti-racism’ requires,” Do No Harm wrote at the time. While the suit was first dismissed in December 2022, Do No Harm successfully appealed before finally winning the case in January 2024.

The victory comes as corporations across various industries have engaged in anti-white, anti-Asian discrimination in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

IBM hosted two internship opportunities, including one that barred white and Asian applicants and another that barred male applicants — unless those men identified as women — while Robert Kraft’s company, best known for owning the New England Patriots, appeared to engage in anti-white discrimination when it advertised a job posting that listed “BIPOC,” a term that means “black, indigenous, people of color,” as a job qualification.

J.P. Morgan’s now discontinued “launching leaders undergraduate program” was only open to “Black, Hispanic and Native American sophomores and juniors from all majors who are interested in financial services and have a 3.5 GPA minimum,” while a Wells Fargo fellowship was limited to “underrepresented candidates.”

The Trump administration appears poised to crack down on discriminatory DEI programs in the corporate world, with the president naming a vocal critic of DEI as the Acting Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

A private Christian school in Dallas hosted a conference on “belonging and inclusion” that featured talks promoting so-called “gender-affirming care” and deriding “toxic masculinity.”

Students at the Parish Episcopal School — a private Christian school that charges nearly $37,000 a year for tuition for high schoolers — were required to attend two talks at the conference, with many of the discussions promoting far-left ideologies.

The talk promoting transgender ideology was titled “Defer, Delay, Deny: The State of Gender Affirming Care for Adult Transgender Americans” and was offered by a high school teacher.

“Transgender Americans still face many barriers when seeking timely and effective life-saving medication and procedures. Medical professionals can defer treatment. Wait times for surgeries can be delayed years,” the description of the talk reads. “Insurance companies can use deceptive language to deny federal protections.”

The description goes on to imply that medical interventions designed to allegedly change one’s sex are analogous to cases in which men or women receive treatments in line with their biological sex, such as when men undergo testosterone therapy.

“But transgender Americans are not the people who benefit from gender affirming care. Many cisgender Americans take medication or undergo procedures to affirm their gender identity without the same obstructions,” the description went on to say.

“This session investigates this discrepancy for American adults in the 21st century,” it adds. “Come learn about gender affirming care, the barriers transgender patients face, and how advocates are fighting to fix it.”

While other talks addressed apolitical topics like alcohol, communication styles, or cell phone usage, another talk at the school denigrated “toxic masculinity” and explored how feminine traits can be used to foster “healthy masculinity.”

“This session looks at traditional stereotypes and expectations as well as the broadening of the definition in a move towards “healthy masculinity,’” the description of the talk reads. “Healthy masculinity could be as simple as asking for help but also, a willingness to embrace traditionally feminine qualities (nurturing, compassion, caring) in order to build healthy relationships.”

There’s also another talk on “Power, Privilege, and Positionality in Organisation” that uses the framework of “health equity,” a derivative of Critical Race Theory that posits that differences in health outcomes among demographic groups are the result of discrimination and oppression.

“This session explores how power and privilege positions individuals and groups for change,” the talk’s description reads. “Participants will be part of two interactive activities including a simulation as we understand how power is created and maintained, and we will use healthcare organisations and health equity as our central constructs.”

“We will have a conversation about how we can develop as equity-minded leaders with some strategies and resources to get us started on this journey,” it adds.

Parish Episcopal School is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the largest private school organization in the country. The NAIS has been marred by a series of investigative reports into the organization revealing that it pushed transgender ideology and Critical Race Theory, even consulting a former Black Panther for guidance.

Parish Episcopal School specifically has a history of pushing leftwing ideologies, despite its location in deep-red Texas. It rejected law enforcement’s offer to give a presentation to students at the 2023 conference on the risk of fentanyl because “the topic would talk about the open border, and they felt it would be too controversial.” The conference included various controversial topics, however, including refugee resettlement, transgenderism, and toxic masculinity.

The school also previously created racially segregated “affinity group” programs for students, asking them to only attend meetings of the group that reflected their racial backgrounds.

The Parish Episcopal School did not respond to a request for comment.

President Donald Trump is set to sign an executive order directing the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security to prepare the Guantanamo Bay detention camp to hold as many as 30,000 criminal illegal aliens.

Trump announced his impending executive order at a signing event for the Laken Riley Act, an immigration security bill named after a 22 year-old victim of an illegal alien murderer. The Guantanamo Bay detention facility, located in Cuba, has historically been used to detain terror suspects. Shortly after taking office, Trump signed an executive order designating cartels as Foreign Terror Organizations.

“Today, I’m also signing an Executive Order to instruct the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security to begin preparing the 30,000 person migrant facility at Guantanamo Bay … to detain the worst criminal illegal aliens threatening the American people.”

“Some of them are so bad we don’t even trust the countries to hold them,” he said of criminal illegal aliens. “We don’t want them coming back so we’re going to send them out to Guantanamo. This is going to double our capacity immediately.”

“I hereby direct the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security to take all appropriate actions to expand the Migrant Operations Center at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to full capacity to provide additional detention space for high-priority criminal aliens unlawfully present in the United States, and to address attendant immigration enforcement needs identified by the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security,” Trump’s executive order reads. 

It goes on to add that the memo “is issued in order to halt the border invasion, dismantle criminal cartels, and restore national sovereignty.”

Trump’s comments came at an event at which the President signed the Laken Riley Act, an immigration bill named after the 22 year-old Georgia nursing student who was brutally murdered by an illegal alien from Venezuela last year while she was out for a morning jog.

The legislation will require the detention of illegal aliens charged with theft or violent crimes. The bill received bipartisan support in both chambers of Congress. “She’s going to save a lot of lives, she’s going to be responsible for saving a lot of lives,” Trump said to the parents of Riley at the event. He also accused the previous administration of opening America’s borders and allowing “world’s most dangerous criminals straight into” American communities.

Under the Trump administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has set out to capture and repatriate illegal aliens, with a special focus on illegal aliens convicted of other crimes in addition to illegally crossing the border into the United States.

ICE caught several criminal illegal aliens just this Sunday, The Daily Wire reported. Federal immigration enforcement agents caught a member of the MS-13 cartel, the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, a man in possession of child pornography, a drug and weapons trafficker, and multiple violent criminals across the country on Sunday.

UPDATE: This article has been updated to provide text of the executive order after it was signed.

Colony Ridge developer William “Trey” Harris, one of the men behind the sprawling Texas land development known for systematically recruiting illegal aliens, was the largest donor to the most recent campaign of the local sheriff who let him out of jail early after he was arrested for drinking and driving.

Harris, who was arrested with a blood-alcohol content above 0.15 in May 2024, received early release from jail after first being sentenced to 45 days due to “good conduct credit.” Early releases must be approved by Sheriff Clint McRae himself. A report in the Houston Landing called Harris, who only served half his sentence, “the beneficiary of uncommon treatment given by longtime Walker County Sheriff Clint McRae.”

This “uncommon treatment” came months after Harris made a $5,000 donation to McRae’s campaign in February 2024, the largest reported donation to McRae during the campaign cycle.

Sheriff McCrae did not respond to a request for comment. When questioned at the time of Harris’s release, McRae told local media that he had “absolutely no shame” about his decision and “would do it exactly the same way if the situation were to occur again.” The sheriff was reportedly contacted by two unnamed judges who encouraged him to sign off on an early release for Harris.

Colony Ridge spokesman Art Rascon addressed the original controversy by directing any questions about Harris’s early release to the sheriff and the judges who recommended his early release.

Harris’s good behavior has not lasted since his release for the DUI charges, however. The Colony Ridge developer was arrested again in late December by the Walker County Sheriff for public intoxication.

It isn’t just the Colony Ridge developer, but also the Colony Ridge development itself, that is in trouble with the law. Colony Ridge faces a joint lawsuit from the Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the first predatory mortgage lending case from the agencies in American history.

The suit claims that Colony Ridge “targeted Hispanic consumers with predatory loans, misled borrowers about the water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure on its lots, and exploited language barriers by conducting most of its marketing in Spanish while offering important transaction documents only in English.”

Colony Ridge was also hit with a lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, which similarly alleges that the development uses deceptive trade practices to churn buyers through a cycle of foreclosures.

Paxton told The Daily Wire that “literally every sale” made by Colony Ridge could be fraudulent, with each violation coming with a penalty of at least $10,000. With an estimated 50,000 to 75,000 residents, the financial penalties could be catastrophic for the development.

Colony Ridge also faces an ongoing investigation from the Environmental Protection Agency, the scope and results of which have yet to be made public. The development is also reportedly facing investigations from the IRS, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

While the development’s practices may have violated the law, the consumer-finance lending scheme and an aggressive marketing campaign urging foreigners to “own land in the United States” has brought in numerous criminals and multiple illegal alien murderers, including some wanted by the international police. Another man, an illegal alien smuggler who was found to be responsible for a “mass casualty event” was also caught living in Colony Ridge after buying multiple properties at the development.

A representative of Trey Harris did not respond to a request for comment.

The federal government is spending a quarter of a million taxpayer dollars to celebrate “transrural” Americans — older people who live in rural areas and identify as transgender.

The National Endowment for the Humanities granted $247,000 for “The TransRural Lives Project,” a “digital storytelling project exploring and celebrating the lives of transgender older adults who live in or have strong ties to rural areas and small towns in the Pacific Northwest.” The program is run by professors from Central Washington University in conjunction with Helen House, an organization that operates out of a residential home and invites children as young as 13 to meetups.

“Helen House gives power to, and validates, SOGIE youth and young adults ages 13 to 24, fostering self-exploration, self-expression, and self-acceptance,” the organization’s website reads.

President Donald Trump recently signed an executive order intended to purge diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) from the federal government and end any federal spending in support of the DEI agenda in academia and the private sector. A spokesman for Central Washington University told The Daily Wire that the federal funding for the “TransRural Lives Project” has not been affected, however.

The three-year project, which won the federal contract at the tail end of the Biden administration, is helmed by M. Eliatamby-O’Brien, an Associate Professor in Central Washington University’s English Department who uses “they/them” pronouns. “Their research focuses on the experiences of gender, sexual, and racially-minoritized forced migrants through engagement with digital life narratives, digital storytelling, and multimodal rhetorics,” Brian’s biography reads.

The project has already collected the stories of multiple men who identify as women and live in the Pacific Northwest. “Veronica Steed is a 65-year-old white, crossdresser who came out around 2000,” one story reads, with another biography focusing on Elior, “an activist whose been feeling pretty burnt out for a few years now.”

The National Endowment for the Humanities did not respond to a request for comment. Central Washington University declined to comment.

This isn’t the first time the federal government has allocated taxpayer dollars to far-left, pro-transgender causes. The Department of Agriculture agreed to spend $50,000 of taxpayer money on an organization that works to “diversify the outdoors” by hosting LGBT-specific wilderness conservation trips for teenagers, The Daily Wire reported. And the Department of Health and Human Services approved a $700,000 grant to create “an inclusive teen pregnancy program for transgender boys.”

“Youth who are assigned female at birth … are at risk for negative sexual health outcomes yet are effectively excluded from sexual health programs because gender-diverse youth do not experience the cisgender, heteronormative teen sexual education messaging available to them as salient or applicable,” the award description reads.

An illegal alien and his two accomplices admitted that they killed a Houston woman in the Colony Ridge development, a sprawling development notorious for attracting illegal aliens through potentially fraudulent marketing and financial schemes.

The three defendants, Kevin Geovanny Rivera-Ortiz, Katherine Alvarez-Flores, and Joel Garcia-Martinez, pled guilty to killing Emily Patricia Rodriguez after luring her away from her workplace. The three accepted a plea deal and each will serve 50-year sentences.

Rivera-Ortiz has been identified as an illegal alien, while the immigration status of the two other defendants remains unknown. Rivera-Ortiz and Alvarez-Flores both shot the woman while Garcia-Martinez acted as their driver.

The three lured Rodriguez away from her place of work, Niko Niko’s Restaurant in Houston, saying that they would socialize before taking her to Colony Ridge.

Liberty County District Attorney said that a motive for the killing is not yet known, however, it may be gang related. Illegal alien Rivera-Ortiz was allegedly the ex-boyfriend of the victim.

The case is one of many crimes connected to the Colony Ridge development, which systematically attracted illegal aliens via a marketing campaign urging buyers to “own land in the United States.”

The Department of Homeland Security, ICE, and the Department of Justice recently carried out a joint operation that led to the arrest of an illegal alien smuggler who was hiding out in Colony Ridge and was involved in a “mass casualty event” when a smuggling operation went awry and caused deaths of more than 50 people.

The illegal alien smuggler had four properties at Colony Ridge, with his purchases taking place between 2019 and late 2024.

Two illegal alien murder suspects who lived in Colony Ridge were also arrested earlier this year. One of the men, described by authorities as a “fugitive murder suspect wanted by Interpol,” had already been deported from the United States twice before establishing a residence in Colony Ridge.

Those two arrests came after a teen was allegedly abducted at gunpoint inside the development and was shot at as he fled his captors.

President Donald Trump took executive actions today preventing the use of taxpayer dollars for abortions both in foreign countries and within the United States.

The first measure signed by Trump, a presidential memorandum referred to as the Mexico City policy, prevents taxpayer funds from being sent to foreign non-governmental organizations that perform or promote abortions. Trump also signed an executive order strengthening the Hyde Amendment, a ban on the use of federal funds for abortion.

“I further direct the Secretary of State to take all necessary actions, to the extent permitted by law, to ensure that U.S. taxpayer dollars do not fund organizations or programs that support or participate in the management of a program of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization,” reads the memorandum reinstating the Mexico City policy, sent out by the White House Office of Communications.

“It is the policy of the United States, consistent with the Hyde Amendment, to end the forced use of Federal taxpayer dollars to fund or promote elective abortion,” the president’s executive order on the Hyde Amendment states.

The Biden administration rescinded the Mexico City policy, though Biden was unable to overturn the Hyde Amendment. A White House official said that the move by Trump is an effort to undo Biden’s abortion policies and reinstate the status quo that existed before the Democrat took office, RealClearPolitics reported.

The Mexico City policy was first instated during the Reagan administration, but has been rescinded and reimplemented numerous times, with each Democrat president dropping the policy and every Republican president reinstating it. The measure ensures “that no U.S. taxpayer money supports foreign organizations that perform or actively promote abortion in other nations.”

While the Biden administration was unable to overturn the Hyde amendment, it did take several pro-abortion measures after Roe v. Wade was overturned in June of 2022. Biden promised to codify Roe into law if he was given a Democratic majority in the House and Senate, but took a range of actions through the executive branch to expand access to abortion.

His administration directed the Department of Defense to reimburse transportation costs for servicemembers traveling across state lines to receive abortions, calling the policy critical for military readiness. Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services even issued a policy ordering that unaccompanied minor pregnant illegal aliens be given transportation to receive abortions if they wanted one.

Trump’s actions come right after Vice President JD Vance took the stage at the March for Life to give his first speech as vice president.

“It is a blessing to know the truth, and the truth is that unborn life is worthy of protection,” Vance said on the National Mall. “We are joyful to March for Life. We are joyful to know that that picture on an ultrasound, that is a picture of a baby with hopes and dreams and potential to come. It is a joy and a blessing to fight for the unborn, to work for the unborn, and to March for Life.”

The Biden State Department’s office TVs were tuned into a state-funded Venezuelan propaganda channel that some say operates as an unregistered foreign agent to push the agenda of anti-American actors, The Daily Wire can report.

TVs at the Biden State Department were tuned into Telesur, a state-funded Venezuelan outlet that received 70 percent of its initial funding from the regime of anti-American socialist Hugo Chavez and even featured Chavez’s weekly show, “Alo, Presidente,” while he was alive.

The outlet also receives funding from the left-wing governments of Cuba, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Bolivia, and has been slammed as a purveyor of “fake news, ‘whataboutism,’ and disinformation” as it works to “demonize the West, undermine the credibility of Western news outlets, paint Western leaders as hypocrites, and promote a narrative of global resistance against America and its allies.”

The channel has since been removed from the State Department office TVs, The Daily Wire has learned.

Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) previously called for the channel to be investigated by the Department of Justice in 2018, charging that the channel “appears to act under foreign direction and engages in political activities in the interest of its foreign principal, primarily the government of Venezuela.”

“I am writing to request the Administration help the people of the United States by investigating the status of Telesur under the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” Wilson, who contended that the channel acted as an unregistered foreign agent of the Nicholas Maduro regime, wrote in 2018. “The Telesur network is to Venezuela what Russia Today is to Russia, a propaganda outfit masquerading as a news organization broadcasting information that undermines U.S. interests in Latin America.”

“Access to the United States market is a privilege, not a right and the American taxpayers deserve to know if TeleSur affiliates in the United States are acting as foreign agents of a foreign government such as Venezuela,” he went on to write.

Argentina, which previously funded the outlet and was one of the founding backers, revoked funding in 2016 under the leadership of then-President Mauricio Macri. Uruguay pulled its funding four years later, in 2020.

An NBC affiliate in Boston complained of “growing concerns” of deportation raids performed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after the federal law enforcement agency caught illegal alien criminals wanted for crimes such as murder and rape.

NBC10 published a story headlined, “After federal agents spotted in East Boston, concerns grow over potential ICE raids” shortly after federal law enforcement agents captured illegal alien criminals accused of a variety of violent crimes.

“There’s growing concerns over potential ICE raids locally after federal agents were spotted by NBC Boston cameras entering homes in East Boston Wednesday and taking at least one person into custody,” the NBC10 story read. “These operations come amid heightened alert for mass roundups and deportations promised by President Donald Trump, but federal authorities would not confirm they are related to that effort.”

The report was slammed on X by Bill Melugin, the Fox News National Correspondent who embedded with ICE on their series of raids in Boston.

President Donald Trump pledged during his campaign to carry out the largest mass deportation operation in American history. The 47th president signed a slate of immigration-related executive orders within hours of taking office, including declaring a national emergency on the southern border, designating cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, and suspending refugee resettlement.

Trump’s deportation plan enjoys significant public support, with one recent poll from The New York Times finding that nearly 9 in 10 Americans support deporting illegal aliens with criminal records. That same survey also found that 63 percent of Americans support deporting immigrants who are here illegally and arrived over the past four years and that a majority of Americans, 55 percent, support deporting all illegal aliens.

Nearly 60 percent of respondents in a CBS News poll said they would support an effort to deport all illegal aliens from the United States, not just those who have been convicted of a violent crime.

President Donald Trump’s executive order purging DEI from government has made its way to the Department of the Interior, one of the wokest agencies in the federal government.

Shortly after taking office, Trump signed an executive order “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEl Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions.” In response, the Office of Personnel Management began implementing the order with a memo instructing agency heads to begin the purge of DEI offices and officials.

An internal Interior Department email obtained by The Daily Wire indicates that the agency, previously home to elaborate DEI exercises, has begun to purge the agenda in compliance with the President’s order.

“Dear Interior Employees, we are taking steps to close all agency Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) offices and end all DEIA-related contracts in accordance with President Trump’s executive orders,” the email from Acting Secretary of the Interior Walter Cruickshank says before going on to say that the DEI agenda “divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars and resulted in shameful discrimination.”

“We are aware of efforts by some in government to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language” it goes on to say before asking employees to promptly report any attempts to conceal ongoing DEI efforts. The email also states that “Interior is withdrawing all final or pending documents, directives, orders, materials and equity plans issued by the agency” and that “all DEIA-related training must be canceled.”

Prior to Trump’s return to the White House, the Interior Department was one of the wokest agencies in the federal government, an investigative series from The Daily Wire found.

The department celebrated “Transgender Day of Visibility” by showing a documentary about queer inclusion in the field of marine biology.

“Transgender Day of Visibility is an internationally recognized event that is celebrated annually on March 31st to help raise awareness and increase understanding of the challenges, importance and struggles of our transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming communities,” an email obtained by The Daily Wire said. “The Department will mark this important occasion by showing a short documentary called ‘Diving for Rays: A Queer Conservationist’s Story.”

One internal document at the agency instructed employees to avoid gendered terms like “husband,” “son,” and “daughter,” and even instructed them to use the “they/them” pronouns for individuals rather than assume someone’s gender.

“When referring to individuals whose identified pronouns are not known or when the gender of a generic or hypothetical person is irrelevant within the context, use their name or a singular ‘they’ to avoid making assumptions about an individual’s gender,” the 104 page document reads. It also directed employees to replace “opposite sex” with “different sex,” replace “father/mother” with “parent, caregiver, care provider,” and replace “Aunt/Uncle” with “Parent’s sibling.”

Daily Wire host Matt Walsh also revealed that Interior Department bureaucrats recited a DEI poem at the agency’s “ally awards” ceremony. “I’m diversity, embrace me and we’ll journey far. I’m diversity, include me and we’ll reach the shining star,” the poem stated.
