Golf influencer Paige Spiranac calls Taylor Swift boos at Super Bowl LIX 'lame'

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac came to the defense of Taylor Swift on Monday as the pop star was booed when she was shown on the video board during Super Bowl LIX.

Swift was at the game supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs – as she has done for the last two seasons. However, Philadelphia Eagles fans swarmed the city of New Orleans and made their presence felt throughout the game.

Eagles fans booed Chiefs players when they took the field and made their feelings about Swift known in the stadium, though Swift is from West Reading, Pennsylvania, and even sang about being a fan of the guys in green and white.

Spiranac gave her thoughts on the boos towards Swift in a post on X.

"It was reported that the NFL’s brand value has increased almost 1 billion dollars since Taylor Swift started dating Kelce," she wrote. "The NFL is using her popularity to boost their brand. So booing Taylor Swift is lame. She was just showing up to support her significant other. The amount of times she’s shown at a game or posted on social media is out of her control."

EAGLES' CJ GARDNER-JOHNSON TROLLS TRAVIS KELCE AFTER SUPER BOWL LIX WIN

The Swift effect was real and talked about a lot during the 2023 season, but all of that tailed off a bit in 2024. She was shown fewer times on television than she was when she and Kelce first started dating and was only shown a handful of times during the Super Bowl LIX broadcast.

Tennis great Serena Williams also defended Swift on X.

"I love you @taylorswift13 dont listen to those booo!!" Williams wrote.

Boos or not, Swift will now embark on an entire offseason with Kelce. Last year, she was still in the midst of her "Eras Tour." This time, she will get a firsthand look at what the tight end will decide to do about his playing career.

Retirement rumors have swirled around Kelce all season. He said Swift gave him the green light to continue playing if he wanted.

"She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game," the 10-time Pro Bowler said last month on "The Stephen A. Smith Show," adding that Swift loves coming to Arrowhead Stadium for games.

"I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams."

Kelce suggested he had contemplated stepping away, but his mind "changes every single day."

NFL star Xavier Worthy recalls meeting Taylor Swift after Chiefs' AFC title game win: 'She's taller than me'

NFL rookie Xavier Worthy is sharing some details about meeting Taylor Swift.

The music star made her way to the field inside Arrowhead Stadium shortly after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills in the AFC championship game

Cameras captured Worthy taking note of Swift's stature moments after he greeted the "Anti-Hero" singer.

"Oh s---," Worthy said as he smiled. "She's taller than me."

The Chiefs' roster lists Worthy at 5-foot-11. By most accounts, Swift stands around one inch shorter than the Chiefs wide receiver. While Swift and Worthy are similar heights when flat-footed, the heels Swift was wearing at the time of the exchange could have made her appear to be taller than Worthy.

Worthy later confirmed Sunday's game marked the first time he met Swift.

"I just met her." Worthy told ABC 30. "It's the video going viral right now. I was like, 'Damn, she's tall. She's taller than me.'"

Worthy added that Swift recognized him because Kansas City selected him in the first round of April's draft.

"We were on the field, and she walked right past me and said, ‘Oh you're the one who got drafted?" Worthy said. "So, we met like that. It was cool."

Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, recently said the pop star continues to support him.

"She's fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game," Kelce said earlier this month.

Kelce, 35, is playing in his 12th season in the NFL. He appeared in 16 of 17 games and finished the year with 823 receiving yards.

The 2024 campaign marked the second consecutive year the star tight end did not reach the 1,000-yard receiving mark, which prompted some questions about whether he would step away once the postseason comes to an end.

"I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams," Kelce added.

Kansas City has advanced to the last seven AFC title games. The Chiefs will take on the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl Feb. 9 in New Orleans. The Chiefs are vying for an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl championship.

Taylor Swift cheers on Travis Kelce, Chiefs in $10,000 Louis Vuitton outfit at AFC Championship

Dressed to the nines? Try the 10s.

Taylor Swift, decked out head to toe in designer Louis Vuitton, entered Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday as usual, with a posse in tow, including her parents, Scott and Andrea, and younger brother, Austin, ahead of the AFC Championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.

In attendance to support her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, Swift donned a $5,000 Monogrammed Jacquard Knit Jacket along with a slew of expensive accessories.

TAYLOR SWIFT SEEMINGLY TELLS NFL BROADCAST CAMERAS TO 'GO AWAY, PLEASE' DURING PLAYOFF GAME

Although her jacket had the prominent LV logo emblazoned on it, making her hard to miss, Swift opted for more subtle accessories, albeit designer. She complimented her attire by wearing the LV Spark Beanie ($550), Stair Trail Ankle Boot ($1,760) and Trunk Chain Wallet ($2,850), totaling more than $10,000.

After the Chiefs successfully defeated the Bills 32-29, Swift greeted Kelce on the field with an added layer, wearing the LV Medallion Gloves ($495).

Her pricey outfit at Sunday's game was a stark contrast to last year's AFC Championship outfit, where the popstar wore a red sweater.

During last weekend's divisional round, Swift wowed in Chanel's 2024/2025 Cruise Collection, wearing a black and white tweed coat that retails for $9,600. Beneath it, Swift wore a black wool jumpsuit ($4,650), a chain belt ($2,250), and finished the look with pendant earrings ($1,150) and a likely vintage, Chanel flap bag.

Kendrick Lamar, who Swift has collaborated with in the past on her hit song "Bad Blood," will be Super Bowl LIX's halftime show performer. Fans have speculated – even before the Chiefs reigned victorious – Swift might be involved.

Super Bowl LIX between the Philadelphia Eagles and Chiefs will take place on Sunday, Feb. 9.

Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift celebrate Chiefs' AFC Championship win

Taylor Swift was seen entering Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs in their effort to make history and compete for a third straight Super Bowl championship.

Swift was far from the focal point of the contest as the Chiefs topped the Buffalo Bills. The CBS broadcast showed her reacting to a big play in the game along with at least two shots of her hanging out with her mother, Andrea, and Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna.

The next time Swift was shown was on the field as she and Donna watched Travis celebrate the team’s third consecutive conference title. Cameras also caught the two lovebirds sharing a few kisses in the mix of the celebration.

Swift was a major focus for the NFL and broadcasts during the 2023 season as she and the Chiefs’ star tight end announced themselves to the world as a couple. The "Swift Effect" was real, and her fandom drew an increase in viewership for the game.

However, Swift herself expressed some dismay with the attention she received in a 2023 interview with Time magazine.

"I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in," she said. "There’s a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once.

"I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads," she added, referencing the hype that came with her appearances – good and bad.

This season, Swift was seen at Arrowhead Stadium a few times, but she also had to continue with her "Eras Tour." When the Chiefs were off, she and Kelce were spotted in New York City having dinner multiple times.

Now, Swift is likely to be back for the big game when Super Bowl LIX heads down to New Orleans.

Brooke Shields joins Taylor Swift entourage at Kansas City Chiefs game

Brooke Shields joined Donna Kelce at the Kansas City Chiefs' playoff game against the Houston Texans Saturday.

Shields posted a selfie with Travis Kelce's mom as Taylor Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium.

"with @donnakelce! Let's go @chiefs & @killatrav!!" Shields captioned her Instagram post.

Kelce's mom typically sits in the NFL star's suite along with Swift and the pop star's family.

TRAVIS KELCE SHARES TAYLOR SWIFT'S THOUGHTS ON CHIEFS STAR'S POSSIBLE RETIREMENT

Shields previously attended one of Swift's concerts in Toronto with her daughters. At the time, "The Blue Lagoon" star sat with Swift's mom.

"the very best night with my girls & ‘mama swift,’" she wrote on Instagram at the time with videos from the night.

"In awe of @taylorswift!! Swipe to see my friendship bracelet collection from all of the nice 'swifties' I met!!" Shields added in another post.

Swift concluded her Eras Tour in December after nearly two years of worldwide travel. The tour began in Glendale, Arizona, in 2023 and featured 149 shows across five continents.

Kelce, who hosts the "New Heights" podcast with brother Jason Kelce, revealed in an interview how his family has handled the fame his relationship with Swift has brought.

"Everyone’s loving it. Mama Kelce is having so much fun," he said during an appearance on "CBS Mornings" in September. "I think my dad is slowly getting more comfortable with it, and Jason has always been a pro at it."

Swift has been actively supporting Kelce at his home games, showing up to Arrowhead Stadium often. For his part, the NFL star spent the off-season traveling Europe watching Swift perform on her record-breaking tour.

Kelce even participated in Swift's three-hour concert in London, appearing on stage in costume for a transition between "The Tortured Poets Department" songs. The football star picked Swift up after she fell to the floor at the end of "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" and carried her across the stage to help the pop star get ready to sing "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart."

Kelce and Swift debuted their relationship at a Sept. 24, 2023, Kansas City Chiefs game. The two met that July and had quietly hung out, establishing their relationship before taking it public.

Since then, he's become familiar with being called the pop star's arm candy.

"It’s the life I chose, I guess," Kelce told "CBS Mornings." "I have fun with it."

Patrick Mahomes leads Chiefs to AFC title game after daughter's birth as Caitlin Clark, Taylor Swift cheer

The Kansas City Chiefs are just two wins away from becoming the first team in NFL history to win three straight Super Bowls. And their entourage of celebrity fans got a big-ticket addition Saturday.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 177 yards and a touchdown in a 23-12 win over the Houston Texans in the divisional round to advance to the AFC championship game for the seventh consecutive season.

Mahomes took the field just days after welcoming his third child, daughter Golden Raye, who was born Jan. 12.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce caught seven passes for 117 yards and a touchdwon with girlfriend Taylor Swift watching alongside WNBA star Caitlin Clark.

The Chiefs are the fourth team in NFL history to follow back-to-back Super Bowl wins by advancing to a conference title game, and the three previous teams lost. The Chiefs will try to change that trend at Arrowhead Stadium next weekend against the Bills or Ravens, who play Sunday in Buffalo for a shot at dethroning the defending champs.

TRAVIS KELCE SHARES TAYLOR SWIFT'S THOUGHTS ON CHIEFS STAR'S POSSIBLE RETIREMENT

Mahomes improved 16-3 in the playoffs, tying Joe Montana for the second-most wins in NFL playoff history behind Tom Brady. Mahomes is 7-0 in the divisional round and helped Andy Reid become the fourth NFL coach with 300 career wins.

The Texans (11-8) still have never won in six divisional games. They have lost to Kansas City twice.

Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud threw for 245 yards but was sacked eight times. Joe Mixon, who had been questionable to play with an ankle injury, caught a couple of passes while running for 88 yards and a touchdown.

Texans kicker Kai’imi Fairbairn missed a 55-yard field goal attempt and an extra-point try and had another field goal attempt blocked with 1:46 left, which would have kept Houston’s comeback hopes alive by making it a one-possession game.

Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark's appearance at Chiefs game ignites mixed reactions from fans: 'Wokesters!'

Caitlin Clark's surprise appearance alongside Taylor Swift at the Kansas City Chiefs' playoff game excited many fans Saturday, but some dreaded the sight.

The initial sight of Clark and Swift in a suite together after the pop star previously extended an invitation to Clark months ago provided a joyful dose of fan service for some.

However, many fans have lamented the constant broadcast shots of Swift during Chiefs games dating back to last season, when the pop star first started showing up to support Travis Kelce. But now with Clark there too, it's double trouble for some.

In her recent Time magazine Athlete of The Year Interview, Clark said, "As a White person, there is privilege."

The comment provoked backlash against the WNBA phenom. And some fans who tuned in Saturday expressed their displeasure, taking issue with Swift's past endorsement of Kamala Harris and other Democrats.

Clark, a lifelong Chiefs fan, said in her interview with Time that Swift and Kelce extended an invitation to Clark when she attended a Swift Eras Tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis in early November.

Clark was also recently pictured next to Swift on the cover of Time magazine's Inspiring Women special edition issue at the end of October.

Clark has said she is a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan. She congratulated Swift after the pop star went public with her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce in September 2023.

"Taylor Swift welcome to the good side," Clark wrote Sept. 24, 2023, in a post on X with the hashtag "Chiefs Kingdom."

Caitlin Clark sits with Taylor Swift in suite at Chiefs game after past invitation

Caitlin Clark has finally taken Taylor Swift up on an offer to watch a Kansas City Chiefs game together.

Clark was seen in the same suite as Swift at Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs' divisional round playoff game against the Houston Texans Saturday.

It is the first time that Clark and Swift have been seen at a game together, after Clark claims she was invited by Swift to join in earlier this season.

Clark and Swift were also seen celebrating a touchdown by tight end and Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce in the second half.

Clark, a lifelong Chiefs fan, said in her interview for Time Magazine Athlete of The Year interview that Swift and Kelce extended the invitation to Clark when she went to watch Swift' Eras Tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis in early November.

Clark said she'e see three of Swift's Eras Tour concerts, including two straight nights when Swift was in Indianapolis in November. While she was there, Clark said fans tossed her so many friendship bracelets that when she put them all on, it cut off her blood circulation.

"I had a ton, all the way up the arm. I had to take them off. My circulation was getting cut off," Clark said at the Women's Leadership Summit in November. "Everyone was just chucking their bracelets at me."

At that summit, Clark also revealed that Swift is her favorite musical artist.

Kelce said during an episode on his podcast, "New Heights," that he met Clark at one of those concerts. He later invited Clark on the podcast herself for a wide-ranging interview.

Clark was also recently pictured next to Swift on the cover of Time Magazine's recent Inspiring Women special edition issue at the end of October. Clark and Swift were the only two figures on the top row, and Clark was the most highly placed athlete above veteran sports icons Serena Williams and Megan Rapinoe.

USC'S JUJU WATKINS OPENS UP ON CAITLIN CLARK'S WHITE PRIVILEGE COMMENTS AND EMBRACING CONTROVERSIAL NEW FANS

The reemergence of a previous social media post by Clark while she was in college has also brought the fan bases of her closer figures together.

"Taylor Swift welcome to the good side," Clark wrote Sept. 24, 2023, in a post on X right after Swift went public with her relationship with Kelce in September 2023.

An influx of interest in Clark by Swift fans occurred after a controversial podcast episode that was conducted by Clark's arch-rival Angel Reese in October.

Reese, who has played emotional, high-stakes games against Clark dating back to college and has made off-the-court comments about Clark's fans, hosted Kelce's ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole, who is a promotional model, media personality, on-air host and entertainment journalist on Instagram.

During the appearance, Nicole claimed she has received hate for the relationship ever since Kelce began to date Swift instead of her.

That interview ignited a widely debated controversy on social media, with some defending Nicole and sympathizing with her for the alleged hate she received. However, others, and many who openly identify as Swift fans, criticized Nicole and Reese for the interview.

INSIDE CAITLIN CLARK AND ANGEL REESE'S IMPACT ON MEN'S BASKETBALL

Many of those same Swift fans declared themselves fans of Clark in response to Reese's interview. Clark and Reese have one of the hottest rivalries in women's sports at the moment, as their respective fan bases have been passionately opposed to each other for over a year.

Clark has also been linked to Swift's political beliefs.

Earlier in Clark's rookie season, she liked Swift's Instagram post that announced the singer's endorsement of Kamala Harris on Sept. 10.

However, Clark did not endorse a candidate herself when asked about liking Swift's endorsement of Harris. Clark instead responded with a message about the importance of telling people to vote.

"I think, for myself, I have this amazing platform," she told reporters at an Indiana Fever team press conference on Sept. 11. "So, I think the biggest thing would be is to encourage people to register to vote. I think this is the second time I could vote in an election. That’s the biggest thing I can do with the platform that I have – the same thing Taylor did.

"And I think, continue to educate yourself on the candidates that we have, policies that they’re supporting. I think that’s the biggest thing you can do. And that’s what I would recommend to every single person that has the opportunity in our country."

Taylor Swift reportedly gives gift to Brittany Mahomes' newborn daughter days before Trump takes office

Taylor Swift has reportedly gifted Brittany Mahomes a hand-made baby blanket to celebrate the birth of Mahomes' newborn daughter, Golden Raye, according to Page Six.

"Taylor’s aunt knitted her a baby blanket when she was a child, so it’s always had a special meaning for her and something she wanted to do for her friends," a source told the outlet. "It’s become a tradition for Taylor, something she loves doing and something that can’t be bought. It comes from the heart."

Brittany and her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, welcomed their new baby on Jan. 12. It is their third child, and their first since Swift came into their lives when the pop star began dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Back in September, when Brittany was in the earlier stages of her pregnancy, she faced a barrage of online attacks from Swift fans.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM

These attacks were in response to the pregnant mother simply giving a like to an Instagram post on Donald Trump's account. Screenshots of Brittany's like on a post that laid out Trump's 2024 policy platform circulated across social media, often by Swift fan accounts. Many of those fans, who share Swift's political beliefs as a Democrat, then flooded Brittany's pages with insults and attacks.

Brittany even had to address the controversy multiple times in social media posts and a podcast interview, defending herself.

In one post on Aug. 23, Brittany wrote, "I mean honestly, To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep-rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood. There's no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well." In another post on Aug. 26, she wrote, "Contrary to the tone of the world today … you can disagree with someone, and still love them. You can have differing views, and still be kind. Read that again!"

In an episode of the "Whoop" podcast on Aug. 28, she said she has leaned on her three-time Super Bowl-winning husband to get her through the recent public scrutiny.

"Having him to help me get through it has helped a lot, because he is very good at managing those things and blocking people out and doing all that type of stuff," she said. "Having him beside me and kind of guiding me, coaching me through it has helped a ton. I think that’s kind of gotten to where we are at now.

The apparent political differences between Swift and Mahomes became more pronounced when they were seen sitting in separate suites at the Chiefs' home opener against the Ravens on Sept. 5.

Then on Sept. 10, Swift announced her endorsement for Kamala Harris. In a Fox News interview the next day, Trump declared that he liked Brittany "much better" than Swift in response, having already acknowledged the support from the then-pregnant mother on social media.

EX-NFL STAR DISCUSSES WHY DEION SANDERS SHOULD STAY IN COLLEGE

But Trump stoked the political divide between Mahomes and Swift even further when he sent a post that read, "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!" on his Truth Social account.

However, Swift didn't keep her difference from Mahomes, even after Trump's aggressive messaging. They were later seen in the same suite during a Chiefs game against the Saints on Oct. 7, and Brittany showed off a picture of Swift rubbing her pregnant belly. Patrick also said in an October interview on "The Drive" podcast that he and Brittany often let their three-year-old daughter, Sterling Skye, bake with Swift.

Patrick's mother Randi Mahomes also endorsed Trump days before the election.

Data suggests that Swift's endorsement of Harris did not sway voters in a meaningful way in the recent election.

According to AP VoteCast, 44% of women ages 18 through 44 voted for Trump, while 48% of women 45 and older supported the former president, now president-elect.

In a New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer and Siena College poll, which was conducted starting one day after Swift endorsed the Harris-Walz campaign, nearly 2,500 likely voters nationwide revealed that 44% have a favorable opinion of Swift, compared to 34% who have an unfavorable view.

The same poll found that 47% view Trump favorably, compared to 51% who don’t. The poll shows that 70% of Democrats have a favorable view of Swift, compared to 41% of independents and just 23% of Republicans. A total of 60% of Republicans indicated that they had an unfavorable view of Swift, while only 11% of Democrats felt the same way.

A September poll found that Trump has higher favorability numbers among likely voters, compared to Swift.

Now, as Trump is set to return to office on Monday, Swift appears as cozy as ever with her Trump-supporting friend.

Taylor Swift's ex Joe Alwyn ready for 'other people' to move on from their relationship

Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, has moved on from their relationship and feels other people should, too.

The actor spoke with The Guardian about his upcoming film, "The Brutalist," and when asked if he was ready to move on from the relationship and the attention that came with it, he made it clear he has.

"That’s something for other people to do," he told the outlet. "We’re talking about something that’s a while ago now in my life. So that’s for other people. That’s what I feel."

Swift and Alwyn dated for six years, keeping very private during that time.

TAYLOR SWIFT’S ROAD TO FAME, PEPPERED WITH PUBLIC RELATIONSHIPS, BREAKUP SONGS AND SWIFTIES SUPPORT

The actor was asked if he worried that his relationship would overshadow his career, which includes award-winning films like "The Favourite."

"I have tried just to focus on controlling what I can control," he said, "and, right from the beginning, tried to focus on the things that are meaningful for me: friends, family, work, of course. So noise outside of that, I think I’ve done what lots of people who find themselves in the public eye do, which is just try and ignore it."

He continued, "If you don’t, and if you let all of that other stuff in, and if it starts to affect you and your behavior, you’re living from the outside in. And then you’re pretty f---ed."

Alwyn and Swift collaborated on two of her albums, "Folklore" and "Evermore," both released during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

TAYLOR SWIFT'S BOYFRIEND JOE ALWYN SAYS 'EXILE' COLLABORATION WAS 'AN ACCIDENT': 'COMPLETELY OFF THE CUFF'

Under the pseudonym William Bowery, he is credited on two songs, "Exile" and "Betty," and as a co-producer under his real name on several more "Folklore" tunes, earning a Grammy alongside Swift in 2021 for album of the year.

"Lockdown was a whole host of surprises, and that was pretty special," he said of the experience. "That was not something I would have foreseen."

Their relationship came to an end in early 2023, near the beginning of the singer’s record-breaking "Eras Tour."

In April 2023, a source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that Alwyn and Swift had called it quits, saying that "it was not dramatic" and the split was "amicable."

"The relationship had just run its course," the insider added, explaining that the former couple's separation was the reason that Alwyn had not been spotted attending any of Swift's "Eras Tour" shows.

Alwyn, like many of Swift’s exes, was the subject of intense scrutiny by her fans, who combed through her lyrics, particularly her latest album, "The Tortured Poets Department," for clues about the relationship’s rise and fall.

Earlier this year, the 33-year-old spoke with The Sunday Times Style about the fervent attention from the public.

"So you have something very real suddenly thrown into a very unreal space: tabloids, social media, press, where it is then dissected, speculated on, pulled out of shape beyond recognition," Alwyn said. "And the truth is, to that last point, there is always going to be a gap between what is known and what is said."

"I have made my peace with that," Alwyn added.

He also told the outlet that he and Swift "mutually" made a decision to "keep the more private details of our relationship private."

"It was never something to commodify, and I see no reason to change that now," Alwyn said. "And, look, this is also a little over a year ago now, and I feel fortunate to be in a really great place in my life, professionally and personally. I feel really good."

During that interview, Alwyn refused to answer if he was still in touch with Swift or the status of his dating life.

Swift is currently in a relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, which began in the summer of 2023.

2024’s most annoying people. Left and right can agree on at least two

The year is ending and, shockingly, it was filled with less drama than most people predicted. Self included. Last year’s annoying list focused on the enemies of sanity like teachers union boss Randi Weingarten and Greta Thunberg, climate extremist turned full-time lefty activist.

Of course, 2024 still had drama. A lot of it can be traced to some of its annoying people and there are too many to list here. We get to make fun of the worst of them.

Let’s begin with a bipartisan spirit. Both left and right find MSNBC "Morning Joe" hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski super annoying. I’m practically a founding member of the "Joe is a Joke" caucus. Until recently, that was a mostly conservative clique.

They spent years saying awful things about President-elect Trump and other conservatives. Scarborough’s lie about President Biden being coherent earned him "Worst Quote of the Year" from the Media Research Center. Scarborough told the audience: "This version of Biden intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever." He threw in an "F---you," for good measure. Remarkably, both he and Biden are still employed.

OLBERMANN RECOMMENDS HIS FORMER NETWORK ‘FIRE MIKA AND JOE’ SCARBOROUGH, DOUBLE DOWN ON LEFTIST CONTENT

After that lie, the "Morning Joe" twosome paid a visit to Trump and alienated their far-left base, with Scarborough telling viewers they need to, "Grow up." Their ratings have gone anywhere but up ever since. MSNBC had to add another host and lefty loon Keith Olberman is saying it’s time for Scarborough and Brzezinski to go. Here’s the Variety headline: "Keith Olbermann: How Can MSNBC Save Itself After Trump’s Win? First Step: Fire Mika and Joe."

He’s far from alone. Bluesky is filled with hate for the pair and their show. I’d be surprised if they still have a show on MSNBC by Christmas 2025. I bet they would be, too.

Me, me, me, me. That’s the voice for narcissistic journalism – Taylor Lorenz. She used to write about tech and social media at The New York Times, The Washington Post, etc. By any fair measure, she’s a social media sensation. She has over half a million followers on TikTok and another half a mil combined between Twitter and Bluesky. Now she has a Substack readership where she promotes COVID-19 paranoia and hatred of health care CEOs.

NYT COLUMNIST THROWS IN TOWEL ON 'NEVER TRUMP' LABEL: WE 'NEVER QUITE GOT THE POINT' OF THE MAGA MOVEMENT

She exited traditional journalism in August after she posted what she claimed was an "obvious meme" calling Biden a "war criminal." Then she got called out for saying she felt "joy" after the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, which she now says was "dubiously edited." And she can usually be found wearing a mask and criticizing those who don’t as, "raw dogging the air and spewing ur disease laden breath all over ur elderly neighbors."

To top it off, she got in an online argument with statistician Nate Silver about her age. Lorenz is still listed in her Wikipedia profile as "age 37–39," taunted him saying, "Just assume I’m 50!" (According to Soap Central, the real number is 40, for those who care.)

But all of these things got people talking about her. That’s the true measure of Millennial, or Gen. X, success.

JASON KELCE REVEALS WHAT HE REGRETS THE MOST ABOUT PENN STATE FAN INCIDENT

In the normal world, there’s only one Taylor – Taylor Swift. It’s easy to admire Swift and her football star boyfriend Travis Kelce. (She was one of my superstars of 2023.) Both of them had successful years. Her Eras tour did great and Celebrity Net Worth says she’s now worth $1.5 billion. Her boyfriend remains one of the top tight ends in the NFL and his team is a favorite of fans and referees in its quest for a third straight Super Bowl. (Boo here.)

The problem is, I’m sick of them. Be honest, if you don’t think of yourself as a "Swiftie," you are, too. Happens to anyone in the public eye so much that your eye starts to twitch. Despite that, I still wish them great success both individually and as a couple in 2025. (Except for that Super Bowl.)

When it comes to race-baiting, MSNBC host Al Sharpton outdoes himself, going all the way back to promoting the Tawana Brawley rape hoax. Then there’s his antisemitism. But 2024 put him on the map for something new – allegations of pay for play.

It came out after the election that Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign gave $500,000 to Sharpton’s National Action Network. That might be fine except it happened right before a super nice October interview. Ooops.

I could write a whole column about the horror that is "The View." Or 10. I was all set just to highlight how truly awful co-host Sunny Hostin is for managing to outshine her coworkers by being the most despicable Bozo in the ABC clown car.

Hostin called the GOP "morally bankrupt" and blamed Hispanic support of Trump on "misogyny and sexism." She also advocated for families to boycott Trump supporters at holiday time because it's "more of a moral issue."

But they had to turn it up a notch. Fellow hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar got discussing why they hadn’t seen Vice President-elect JD Vance recently. Behar claimed, "He’s planning the presidency when they get rid of Trump."

Whoopi responded, "So, you think it's Musk/Vance?"

Whoopi followed up with, "Stay away from the stairways. Because, you know, people put their leg out to trip you going down the stairs. Watch out."

They later claimed it was a joke but that’s pretty dark, especially for three women named Sunny, Joy and Whoopi.
