Christie Brinkley shows off her $30M 'castle' in Sag Harbor

13 February 2025 at 17:06

Christie Brinkley gave the internet an inside look at her "storybook" home in Sag Harbor, New York.

Caleb Simpson is an internet personality that stops people on the street and asks them how much their rent is in New York City. He then asks them for a tour of their homes.

On Feb. 3, Simpson shared an inside look of Brinkley's home on Long Island with the former supermodel leading the tour on TikTok. He originally posted the video with Brinkley on YouTube in 2023.

"How much do you pay for rent in Sag Harbor?" Simpson asked Brinkley at the beginning of the clip. "Oh, I don’t rent, I actually own a home here," she replied.

The camera panned to a view of Brinkley's home, which Simpson pointed out looked "like a castle." Brinkley noted that she was in the process of "re-wilding" her fields, so by spring, it would be full of flowers.

"I’ve lived here for 24 years, it’s the longest I’ve ever lived in any place in my life," she shared.

According to Page Six, Brinkley purchased the 11-bedroom Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton in 1998, and her property spans over 20 acres.

Brinkley introduced Simpson to some of her chickens, including, "Scrambled, Sunny Side Up, Benedict." Her outdoor space includes a chicken coop, a greenhouse, an outdoor pool and spa and lots of open fields.

She said her home is "like a little storybook house."

In Brinkley's residence is a tower where she took Simpson to the top. "This makes you, like, the self-proclaimed Queen of the Hamptons," he told her.

"Kind of," she replied with a laugh.

Brinkley showed off some of her prized possessions in her home. She pointed out framed artwork from her children. She has three children from past relationships: Alexa, Jack and Sailor.

Brinkley also showed Simpson her 270-year-old bonsai tree: "270-year-old bonsai tree," she said with a laugh.

Fans were in awe of Brinkley's home and lifestyle in Sag Harbor.

"she looks fantastic and I love her home," one user commented on Simpson's TikTok.

"this house is stunning, I'd never leave," another added. "she's living my dream life," a third wrote.

According to People, Brinkley's Hamptons home was on the market for $29.5 million in 2021.

Brinkley told Simpson that she "occasionally" considers selling her home and thought, "‘Oh, maybe I’ll sell it and just, like, live on a sailboat or something," but her children have stopped her.

"The kids are like, ‘No, mom. We grew up here. This is our home, you can’t.' As a result, the kids really are always here. I love it for that," she said.

Demi Moore shuts down aggressive autograph hunters as they call her 'not humble'

13 February 2025 at 16:52

Demi Moore has class, and she's not afraid to show it.

On Sunday, the Golden Globe Award-winning actress seemed to frustrate a group of fans who became irate after she politely declined to sign autographs while attending the Santa Barbara Film Festival.

"If I sign one, then I wouldn't be able to sign for everybody, so I wouldn't want to do that," Moore told the small group of autograph hunters.

DEMI MOORE CLAIMS SHE WAS SHAMED FOR BARING IT ALL IN 'STRIPTEASE' FOR THIS REASON

"Humble people sign autographs," one woman responded. "You're not humble."

"Oh, don't say mean things," Moore said.

"You’re not humble. You always have an attitude, you never wanna sign. You need to be humble," the woman continued.

To which Moore replied, "But I love you anyway."

Representatives for the actress did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Moore is no stranger to harsh criticism

Earlier this week, the 62-year-old actress opened up about the shame she received for her role as a stripper in the iconic 1996 film "Striptease."

"I think I definitely felt an impact of harshness of judgment that came at me that was in many respects shaming, because part of that was playing a stripper," Moore told "CBS Mornings."

"And so a lot was trying to diminish the impact of this monumental moment that was changing things, not just for me, but for all women. I think there was a real [moment], ‘Wow, we’re not going to let you win right now.' I wasn’t trying to compete with men, I just was trying to get paid what I felt I had earned."

Moore, who took home her first Golden Globe Award last month, was recently nominated for best actress by the Academy for her role in "The Substance."

"Being nominated for an Oscar is an incredible honor and these last few months have been beyond my wildest dreams," Moore said in a statement. "Truly there are no words to fully express my joy and overwhelming gratitude for this recognition. Not only for me but for what this film represents. I am deeply humbled."

"This is a time of incredible contrasts and right now, my heart is with my friends, family, neighbors and community here in L.A." she added, referencing the Los Angeles fires that ravaged parts of the city in January. "The fires have devastated so many lives but to see the way our community has united leaves me in awe of the resilience and compassion that defines us, and this moment is a reminder of how incredible we are when we stand together."

Mandy Moore calls out Amazon after package was delivered to home destroyed in LA fires

12 February 2025 at 10:04

Mandy Moore has never shied away from voicing her opinions.

On Tuesday, the "This Is Us" actress took to social media to express her frustration with Amazon after a package was allegedly delivered to her in-laws' home that was destroyed in the LA fires

"Do better, Amazon. Can we not have better discretion than to leave a package at a residence that no longer exists? This is my mother and father-in-law’s home. Smh," Moore wrote on her Instagram stories alongside a photo of the alleged package in front of the demolished home.

"We’ve reached out to Ms. Moore via Instagram to apologize for this and to ask for more information from her in-laws so we're better able investigate what happened here," Amazon spokesperson Steve Kelly told Fox News Digital. "For weeks, we’ve advised those who are delivering on our behalf in southern California to use discretion in areas that were impacted by wildfires – especially if it involves delivering to a damaged home – that clearly didn’t happen here."

That same day, Moore - who evacuated last month with her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, and their three children - detailed the harrowing experience in a separate post.

"We never got an evacuation notice," she began her lengthy post on Instagram alongside a photo of the destroyed home. "Sometimes in the quieter moments of processing the last month, I play the game of what would have happened if I didn’t have my phone next to me, playing my typical ‘piano for deep sleep’ mix as I nursed Lou before bed, so I could answer the call from my brother-in-law? It was 6:45 p.m. and he told me he, his wife, and our niece were evacuating, grabbing my in-laws (his parents) and getting the heck out of Dodge and we should do the same."

"I calmly walked downstairs and relayed this to my husband and without skipping a beat, we promptly packed up the kids (in their pjs), our dog, and scrambled to find our 3 cats as the power went out," she continued. "I’ll never forget Taylor trying to figure out how to manually open our two little garage doors (they’d just finished construction around Thanksgiving and we’d just started using them—) in the harrowing 60 mph winds, as the sky glowed a dark red and ash started to fall all around us. We raced across town amidst fallen trees on the freeway to the safety of our dear friend’s place, got the kids down, and then I raced to Target to grab a litter box and some water, impulsively refreshing the watch duty app over and over."

Moore said that while they found out their home is "still standing," the contents are "near a total loss."

"Clothes, furniture, pretty much everything will have to be disposed of…maybe even the walls too," she wrote. "We won’t be there for a very long time as it and the neighborhood itself get sorted out and cleaned and the rebuilding starts. I say all of this because i’m struggling. Yes we are exceedingly lucky to technically still have the structure of a home. But also… do we still have a home? I think my definition is in flux. The physical space? No. It goes without saying that our sweet brood and our pets are ALL that matters and home is where we are together… but having a sanctuary and safe space to feel settled really goes a long way too."

While the "This Is Us" actress expressed her gratitude for the safety of her family, she shared her heartfelt condolences for those who lost everything.

"Real human beings across this town, regardless of their jobs or socioeconomic status, lost the life they’d come to know and count on in an instant," she wrote. "My whole heart is with them. Every one of them. This place, our home and the town itself, was our dream and I hope in time it will feel like that again… just a slightly different one."

Moore shared the emotional moment she and her family found out her home was "indeed gone."

"We held each other, processed the unimaginable, and then went back to Target (I swear this isn’t sponsored) to buy some clothes because we actually took nothing with us, fully expecting to come back the next morning," she wrote. "It wasn’t for another few hours that we would find out that much of our property had burned down, but our home itself was miraculously still standing. And not just that, but as we’ve all come to realize, our entire community was gone. Our neighbors. Our neighborhood. Our family and friends."

"A month removed, I find myself drifting back to Altadena, driving up and down the streets while Lou naps in the car, still not able to fully comprehend all of it or what it means, or on my less optimistic days, how any of us move forward," she concluded. "I’m reaching out and asking for help and guidance on how to process this trauma because my brain and heart are so deeply broken."

Last month, the actress took to Instagram to share that her brother-in-law, Griff, and her sister-in-law, Kit, lost their home in the Eaton Fire. She shared that Griff and Kit are expecting their first baby soon, and "they need our support now more than ever."

"Griff is a touring musician and also lost his entire arsenal of drums/percussion he uses to make a living. It’s all so much. So many have asked how to help during this unimaginable and stressful time…Please consider donating and sharing to help them rebuild," Moore wrote.

Moore later edited her caption to address people who are concerned about whether she plans on financially helping her family.

"And people questioning whether we’re helping out our own family or attributing some arbitrary amount of money google says someone has is NOT helpful or empathetic," she wrote.

"Of course we are. Our buddy Matt started this go fund me and i’m sharing because people have asked how they can help them. We just lost most of our life in a fire too. Kindly F OFF. no one is forcing you to do anything," she concluded.

'American Pie' singer Don McLean critical of 'very bad lyric writing' in modern music

12 February 2025 at 10:00

"American Pie" singer Don McLean isn’t too impressed with modern songwriters.

On the red carpet at the MovieGuide Awards, the musician told Fox News Digital the biggest change he’s seen over his career is "very bad lyric writing and no melodies. Two important things in a song, lyrics and melody."

McLean has remained a prolific performer and artist, re-releasing three of his albums, "Believers," "Chain Lightning" and "Prime Time," on vinyl and CD, as well as releasing two children’s books and continuing to tour.

'AMERICAN PIE' SINGER DON MCLEAN SAYS 'PAIN' IS KEY TO SONGWRITING: 'IF YOU'RE NOT HURTING, YOU'RE NO GOOD'

"I got tons of stuff going on. I took some time off, and I’ll start rolling sometime around this summer and then go, really go all through next year," he said.

The 79-year-old also recently marked the 66th anniversary of "The Day the Music Died," when Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson died in a plane crash.

The tragedy served as the inspiration for McLean’s iconic hit, "American Pie," a song that has become an integral part of the pop culture landscape.

But McLean says he never "planned" for the song to take off.

"People chose the song ‘American Pie.’ It wasn’t something that was planned. The minute it came out, they started to play Buddy Holly, and there wasn’t any reference to him in the song," he said.

He continued, "And a few years after that, all these radio stations started going to oldies, playing songs from the ‘50s and ’60s because they realized how much people missed this music. They miss it more now, I’m sure."

The creation and impact of "American Pie" has been chronicled in the 2022 documentary, "The Day the Music Died: The Story of Don McLean’s American Pie," on Paramount+ and Amazon.

McLean has honored the passing of those music legends through song and acknowledgment of what has become an "unofficial holiday."

"Then the whole ‘The Day the Music Died’ started about 10 years ago, I guess. It’s sort of an unofficial holiday commemorating this solemn occasion, and the song, of course, deified that moment in a certain way," he explained.

"I was trying to write a big song about America, and so that’s how that all happened, but again, it all happened from the people," he added.

McLean can be seen presenting the best documentary category at the MovieGuide Awards airing March 6 on Great American Family.

Kate Middleton fashion policy sparks backlash, forces Kensington Palace to clarify

11 February 2025 at 14:42

Kensington Palace clarified there has been "no change" in the approach to Kate Middleton's fashion policy after sparking backlash.

The palace has been known to sometimes share details of the Princess of Wales' outfits, and will continue to do so.

"Over the last week, I have received numerous questions about a story regarding The Princess of Wales’s clothing and how Kensington Palace shares information about her outfits," a Kensington Palace spokesperson told People magazine.

"To clarify, the comments that appeared in the article were from me, not The Princess of Wales," the statement continued. "The comments that were reported should not be directly attributed to The Princess of Wales. To be clear, there has been no change in our approach to sharing information about Her Royal Highness’s clothing."

KATE MIDDLETON'S FRUSTRATION WITH BEING FASHION TRENDSETTER LEADS TO NEW PALACE POLICY

Fox News Digital reached out for comment.

The Sunday Times initially reported that Kensington Palace will cut back on naming the clothing designers Princess Kate chooses to wear while participating in royal duties.

A spokesperson for the palace told the outlet, "There is an absolute feeling that [the public work] is not about what the princess is wearing."

"She wants the focus to be on the really important issues, the people and the causes she is spotlighting," the story continued. "There will always be an appreciation of what the princess is wearing from some of the public and she gets that. But do we need to be officially always saying what she is wearing? No. The style is there but it’s about the substance."

However, Kensington Palace clarified the statement nearly a week later after the move sparked controversy.

The palace's decision not to release details was criticized, as Princess Kate's outfit choices tend to shine a light on British fashion designers and the fashion industry itself.

At the time, British broadcaster and photographer, Helena Chard, wondered if the reported new palace policy would cause more harm than good. She pointed out that the "Kate Effect" has led to over $1 billion in sales in British fashion, boosting the country’s economy.

"There has to be a happy medium here," Chard told Fox News Digital at the time. "Her work is super, but the world also enjoys and needs a regular fix of glamour… The ‘Kate Effect’ is also an important part of her work… It’s a great pity that the Princess of Wales views the public’s interest in the context of ‘style versus substance.’… [But] I’m sure this filters into the constant commentary about her looks, a never-ending intrusion into her life."

In foreshadowing the new approach, the palace did not release details of the Princess of Wales' clothing during a recent visit to Wales. The princess, who recently announced she was in remission for an undisclosed cancer, met children at a hospice charity she’s a patron of on that trip.

Seth Rogen shuts down backlash over his decision to not have children

11 February 2025 at 13:03

At 42 years old, Seth Rogen could not be more content with his life.

In a new interview, the actor and comedian opened up about not having children with his wife of 13 years, Lauren Miller, and explained the reason behind their decision.

"People really had strong takes on it, being like, 'F--- this f---ing guy. Who the f--- does he think he is not to have kids?' Well, if you hate me that much, why do you want more of me?" Rogen, who is currently promoting his new Apple TV+ series "The Studio," told Esquire. "You should only have kids if you really want kids, and we just don’t really want kids. Time kept going by and the moment where we were like ‘Let’s do it!’ just kept not happening."

SETH ROGEN CLAIMS HE'S MORE SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE KIDS: 'HONESTLY, THANK GOD'

"I look at my friends with kids, and honestly I feel like some of them are incredibly happy and fulfilled, and some of them seem like maybe they wish they had put a little more thought into it. I just didn’t want to be one of those people," he continued.

With this decision has come much criticism, Rogen admitted.

"The most disturbing comment that I saw a lot of was ‘Who’s going to take care of you when you’re old?’ Which to me is very telling. Is that why you’re having kids? Because I have two things to say: One, that’s very selfish to create a human so someone can take care of you. And two, just because you have a kid, I hate to break it to you, that doesn’t mean they’re going to do that."

This isn't the first time the filmmaker and businessman has disclosed his reasons for not wanting to become a dad.

"I do not [have kids]. That has helped me succeed as well, definitely" Rogen said during an interview on "The Diary of a CEO" podcast in 2023. "There’s a whole huge thing I’m not doing, which is raising children. I’ve been around, obviously, a lot of children, I’m not ignorant to what it’s like… everyone I know has kids… some of my friends have had kids for decades," he quipped.

"Some people want kids, some people don’t want kids. Honestly, you just are told, ‘You go through life, you get married, you have kids.’ That’s what happens… me and my wife, neither of us were like that. Honestly, thank God we don’t have children, we get to do whatever we want," he continued.

"We are smarter than we’ve ever been, we understand ourselves more than we ever have, we have the capacity to achieve a level of work and a level of communication and care for one another, and a lifestyle we can live with one another, that we’ve never been able to live before," he concluded.

Robert Wagner celebrates 95th birthday by pumping iron at the gym

11 February 2025 at 12:58

Robert Wagner is making sure he’s in top shape for his 95th birthday.

The "Hart to Hart" actor’s daughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner, shared a video of her father doing a vigorous workout on his big day, Feb. 10.

Wagner's representative told Fox News Digital the legendary actor "works out regularly" and shared that he celebrated his milestone birthday "with a nice dinner at French-American bistro Cache Cache restaurant in Aspen."

NATALIE WOOD’S DAUGHTER CALLS ROBERT WAGNER ‘COURAGEOUS’ FOR SPEAKING OUT IN DOC

"Still doing things his way at 95 or Happy Birthday to my old man who turns 95 today!" Natasha posted on Instagram, as the Frank Sinatra song, "My Way," played in the background.

Wagner was all smiles as he exercised on several workout machines and stretched his muscles.

As her father did leg lifts, Natasha asked, "How's it going?" "The Pink Panther" actor replied, "It’s going pretty good."

On Wagner's official Instagram account, a video was shared with photos of him growing up and highlighting his illustrious Hollywood career.

"Happy 95th Birthday to the legendary Robert Wagner!" the social media post began.

"For over seven decades, he has graced our screens with unforgettable performances, timeless charm, and an enduring legacy in Hollywood. From It Takes a Thief to Hart to Hart, from The Pink Panther, The Towering Inferno to Austin Powers, he has captivated audiences with his talent and charisma."

The caption continued, "Today, we celebrate not just an incredible career but an incredible man."

Wagner married Natalie Wood in 1957, but the couple called it quits in 1962. They would go on to remarry in 1972 and were together until Wood’s passing. The couple raised Natasha and shared a daughter named Courtney Wagner.

On Nov. 29, 1981, when Natasha was just 11 years old, her father, Wagner, came home with devastating news – her mother Natalie had died in a drowning accident while the couple was on their boat in the waters of Catalina Island with actor Christopher Walken.

In 2020, Natalie opened up for the first time since her mother’s death and shared what it was like growing up with the Hollywood star. She additionally shared how the family coped with the grief for decades.

"It was really cathartic for me," Natasha told Fox News at the time about creating the special.

"It was really healing for me. It was such an incredibly positive experience, just seeing the home movies, getting into her journals, and listening to people talk about her. It was a collaboration of everything that I remember my childhood to be. So more than challenging to revisit, it was truly healing."

New York Dolls singer David Johansen has stage 4 cancer, brain tumor as daughter asks fans for help

11 February 2025 at 08:38

The singer of the iconic punk group The New York Dolls has been secretly battling stage 4 cancer for the last several years.

David Johansen's wife of over a decade, Mara Hennessey, told Fox News Digital about his diagnosis.

"David has been living with stage 4 cancer for several years. He’s undergone chemo, radiation, immunotherapy and surgery, and weathered all the side effects and consequences of the various treatments, all with his indomitable spirit and incomparable sense of humor.

"He’s been nurtured by the love of his wife and daughter, while trying to spare his friends, colleagues, and fans and keep his troubles private. He’s always been like this," Hennessey said.

DAVE COULIER'S CANCER BATTLE IS GETTING ‘MORE DIFFICULT,’ BUT THIS MORNING RITUAL HELPS HIM PULL THROUGH

"He claims it’s because he’s half Norwegian," she continued.

Hennessey explained that the financial burden has taken a toll on their family.

"Our family have reached the point where we need more support. We’ve run up some serious debt caring for our beloved David, and are facing still more unmanageable expenses. This trying to be low-key is not sustainable," she concluded.

Johansen's daughter, Leah Hennessey, took to Instagram to share the sad news on Monday.

"David is a legend but he's also my very real very sick dad," she wrote alongside a picture of him on her Instagram story. "I have so much to say but I guess I'll be posting about this a lot and I don't have to say it all now. I know how dire so many of our situations are right now, and how much fundraising literally everyone is doing but if you love David or any of the magick (sic) he's brought into the world please just take a minute to read this or share it. Thank you guys as always."

Leah also included a link to the Sweet Relief Musician Fund. The organization helps raise money for musicians who are struggling with health problems.

His daughter explained on the website that five years ago, Johansen's cancer progressed and he had a brain tumor.

"There have been complications ever since. He’s never made his diagnosis public, as he and my mother Mara are generally very private people, but we feel compelled to share this now, due to the increasingly severe financial burden our family is facing," the website states.

According to Leah, things took a turn for the worse during Thanksgiving.

"To make matters worse, the day after Thanksgiving, David fell down the stairs and broke his back in two places," she wrote on the website.

Johansen has since had surgery, but Leah said, "David has been bedridden and incapacitated. Due to the trauma, David’s illness has progressed exponentially and my mother is caring for him around the clock."

Aside from the New York Dolls, Johansen is known for his alter ego, Buster Poindexter. In 1987, his song "Hot Hot Hot" was a Billboard hit.

Travis Barker says recent plane crashes are biggest fear come to life after surviving deadly 2008 flight

11 February 2025 at 07:00

Travis Barker is still struggling with his fear of flying after narrowly surviving a deadly plane crash more than 16 years ago.

In September 2008, Barker and his collaborator Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were flying on a private Learjet that crashed in Columbia, South Carolina, after it caught fire. Barker and Goldstein were the only survivors of the six people on board the aircraft.

The musician, who was seriously injured in the incident, has battled PTSD and flew in a plane for the first time since the crash in 2021 after initially vowing never to board a plane again.

TRAVIS BARKER REPORTEDLY HOSPITALIZED IN LOS ANGELES, HIS DAUGHTER ASKS FOR PRAYERS

During an interview with Fox News Digital, Barker admitted that he hesitated over taking the trip to New Orleans this weekend, when he hosted his Run Travis Run event on Friday ahead of his performance at FanDuel x Spotify Super Bowl Party. He said that he was shaken by the two plane crashes that shocked the world just over a week ago.

"It actually doesn't help me move past it, it makes it much worse," he admitted. "I almost didn't come."

"It's hard for me to get on flights," he continued. "I do it sober. I don't need to take anything. I don't need to do anything. But it just gets harder and harder. Especially when your biggest fears, like, you start to see them come to life in reality.

"When you kind of tell yourself, these things never happen. These things never happen. And then, just lately, I feel like we've been — like we're seeing it almost every day."

On Jan. 29, a United States Army Black Hawk helicopter collided midair with an American Airlines commercial passenger plane over the Potomac River as the airliner was preparing to land at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. All 67 people, including 64 on the plane and three in the helicopter, perished in the crash.

WATCH: TRAVIS BARKER SAYS RECENT PLANE CRASHES ARE BIGGEST FEAR COME TO LIFE AFTER SURVIVING DEADLY 2008 FLIGHT

The disaster marked the first major crash involving a U.S. passenger plane since 2009. It was also the deadliest crash since an American Airlines international passenger plane plummeted into a neighborhood in Queens, New York, which claimed the lives of all 260 people on board.

Just two days later, a medical jet crashed into a neighborhood in Philadelphia, killing all six people on board, including a young girl and her mother.

After the 2008 crash, Barker sustained severe burns all over his body. He spent 11 weeks in the hospital and his recovery included 16 surgeries and numerous skin grafts. Barker has credited the crash with helping him overcome his addiction to painkillers. Goldstein, who suffered severe second- and third-degree burns on his arms and scalp, died a year later from a drug overdose.

In August 2021, Barker took his first flight since the tragedy, accompanying his then-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family matriarch's boyfriend Corey Gamble on a trip to Cabo, Mexico, aboard Kylie Jenner's private jet.

Barker and Kourtney tied the knot in May 2022 after a year of dating. In November 2023, the couple welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen Barker. Barker is also father to son Landon, 21, and daughter Alabama, 19, who he shares with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Kourtney shares sons Mason, 15, and Reign,10, and daughter Penelope, 12, with her ex, Scott Disick.

While speaking with Fox News Digital at the Run Travis Run event, Barker gushed about raising Rocky and noted that his baby boy is following in his musical footsteps.

"Baby Rocky is amazing," he said. "Playing drums, guitar, walking and running everywhere. And he's the best. He's the coolest kid ever."

The Grammy Award nominee also weighed in on the challenges and rewards of being a father to a 1-year-old.

"I think there's nothing challenging about it," he said. "The most rewarding is just starting my day and ending my day with my babies — the best — with all my kids, really. And that's my goal to start my day with them and be able to say good night to everyone and kiss them good night."

Barker also shared the secrets to his successful marriage with Kourtney.

"I think working out together is a big thing," he said. "I think date night is awesome. And I think just being with someone that's like your best friend is like, I couldn't ask for anything more."

Barker recently took the stage to perform with country star Jelly Roll at the star-studded FireAid mega-concert, which raised over $100 million for Los Angeles fire relief efforts and the disaster's victims. Last month, a number of fires devastated several different areas in the county, resulting in 29 deaths and destroying nearly 17,000 structures.

In addition to being a part of the lineup at the FireAid concert, Barker is also using his Run Travis Run event to help with the fires' aftermath. According to a press release for the event, all proceeds will be donated to the LAFD Foundation and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, which is helping incarcerated firefighters who battled the infernos.

"And yeah, the energy that night was incredible," Barker added of the FireAid concert.

In June 2024, Barker launched the run and wellness experience Run Travis Run, which he previously said was inspired by the healthy lifestyle that he embraced as he recovered from the injuries he sustained in the 2008 plane crash. In July, Barker and Kourtney hosted Run Travis Run events in LA and New York City, and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum also accompanied her husband to the event in New Orleans.

According to a press release, the New Orleans edition of Run Travis Run included "a scenic run through the iconic Audobon park, followed by an unforgettable Revival Zone featuring interactive activations, wellness experiences, and exclusive access to premium brands."

Participants also receive a commemorative shirt, a custom medal and an all-access pass to the celebration.

During his interview with Fox News Digital, Barker reflected on how he became a runner.

"I just started running one day." Honestly, it's very similar to Forrest Gump," he said, referencing the character played by Tom Hanks in the Academy Award-winning 1994 movie "Forrest Gump." In the film, Hanks' character earns fame when he spontaneously embarks on a three-year cross-country run.

"I just started running, like, 20 years ago, maybe 15 years ago," Barker said. "It's been about 20 years now, and I started running and boxing at the same time. And it was just like my outlet. It was kind of a form of meditation, and it also helped me keep my stamina, my endurance for drumming and doing some of the fitness stuff I love to do."

"And just staying healthy," he added. "Once I had kids, I had this urge to be as healthy as I could be."

However, Barker admitted that he has sustained some injuries during training.

"I've actually been hurt a couple of times," he said. "So, like with running, I think I overtrained a little bit after my last 5K. I tried to beat my record, which is a 20-minute 5K, and I didn't and then I kind of got down on myself. I got harder on myself, and I was like, ‘I can run six miles a day’ and three miles into it, I hurt my hip."

"So I think I've been running like a week and a half now again. But yeah, I'll stay on the assault bike during that time or boxing."

Despite being injured, Barker said that he was determined to keep running.

"I'm going to do this regardless, whether I'm here in a park with however many people, or I'm solo. I run three to five miles a day."

Blake Lively accused of 'embarrassing herself' by dominating young co-star from Justin Baldoni movie

11 February 2025 at 03:30

The ongoing "It Ends With Us" legal drama has placed an unexpected spotlight on the film’s young co-star, Isabela Ferrer.

Ferrer played the teen version of Blake Lively’s character in the film, Lily Bloom, and the duo were paired together for multiple interviews.

Internet detectives put together a compilation of the actresses, claiming a pattern of Lively either talking over Ferrer or barely letting her get a word in for the duration.

"I’ve never heard someone say so much and nothing at the same time. It’s just so unreal," one person wrote under the TikTok video.

BLAKE LIVELY, RYAN REYNOLDS' LOSING 'IMAGE WAR' AGAINST JUSTIN BALDONI: EXPERT

"The BOTH of them are being interviewed, so Blake is embarrassing herself yet again by always hogging the spotlight and dominating the conversation, even when some questions are aimed for Isabella – Blake’s overinflated EGO has to take over. Smh [Shaking my head]. Dammit Blake, let her talk!" one person wrote in the YouTube comments of the video.

Another noted Ferrer looks all the better for her near silence, writing, "Actually in a way I feel like she won the conversation by not speaking much because now Blake is exposed for who she is. People can now see through the verbal hijacking and the glaring red flags that [were] there all along."

"Did anyone have an interview without her? I feel like she needed to speak for them so that they wouldn’t say anything they ‘shouldn’t,’" one person suggested on TikTok.

"The question isn't necessarily whether or not Blake stole the spotlight on purpose, but why it was done at all?" Kara Schmiemann of Senior Director, Red Banyan, told Fox News Digital. "The age of women seeing each other as competition and stepping on other women's toes to 'get their flowers' should be over."

BLAKE LIVELY'S 'ANOTHER SIMPLE FAVOR' DIRECTOR SHUTS DOWN SPECULATION ACTRESS TOOK OVER FILM

"Women in any industry, especially in Hollywood, should be setting an example for the newcomers — setting the stage for them and making a seat at the table. Isabela may have wanted or needed a bit of mentorship–but it should never be at the expense of her moment to shine."

Doug Eldridge of Achilles PR noted it may not have been intentional, explaining, "Lively was both the lead in the film and a more established star. There’s always a bit of jockeying for position during media sit-downs, but this was probably less sinister, and more about seniority."

Ferrer did have praise for Lively during other interviews around the time of the film’s premiere.

She told People Magazine in August that Lively was "an angel," and they shared a bond.

"To be able to connect with the person that you're sharing a role with is huge, and she's just a really good person," the 25-year-old said.

Ferrer also told The Hollywood Reporter in a joint interview with Lively she felt supported by the star.

"You came up to me and you were like, ‘I want you to know that this role is just as much yours as it is mine,'" she shared. "It was like the most supportive and uplifting thing to feel as a young actor coming into this, to feel like somebody like you who has such a high status and is so important in this project to also be like, ‘What do you think?’ That’s the biggest privilege and compliment."

The up-and-coming actress was further pulled into the legal drama surrounding the film last month when texts between her and her co-star and director Baldoni were revealed in legal documents.

BLAKE LIVELY, JUSTIN BALDONI WAR ESCALATES WITH NEW DEFAMATION LAWSUIT

In the 179-page, $400 million lawsuit filed on Jan. 16 against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and their publicist, Baldoni claims defamation and extortion over behind-the-scenes conflicts on the set of the movie.

One of the claims includes allegations that Lively "induced the other cast members to shun Baldoni, in an early attempt to give fans the impression that Baldoni had committed an egregious sin."

Ferrer was one of the film’s collaborators who reportedly unfollowed Baldoni on social media and was not photographed with him during the press run.

According to the lawsuit, "the unfollowing of Baldoni by cast members and even the author of the book," was "in stark contrast to the warm praise and appreciation cast members had until that point always showered on him."

To that point, the filing contains screenshots of texts purportedly between Ferrer and Baldoni showing her thanking the actor and director "for an incredible experience" on her first feature film.

"I also have to say thank you SO so much for an incredible experience on my first film," Ferrer allegedly wrote. "I still can’t shake the feeling of it all because it truly was life changing for me, you are such a wonderful, smart and sincere director and you created such a comfortable, safe space for me to feel like I could fully step into this role.

"I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming environment. It will stay with me for the rest of my life!!" she concluded.

The lawsuit highlights the point that, "Tellingly, Ferrer worked with Baldoni when Lively was not on the set; it was not until Ferrer spent substantial time with Lively during film promotions that Ferrer felt compelled to shun Baldoni in repudiation of her warm words."

BLAKE LIVELY ACCUSES JUSTIN BALDONI'S LAWYER OF ATTEMPTING TO 'TORPEDO' ACTRESS'S CAREER 'FOR GOOD'

Fox News Digital reached out Ferrer, Lively, and Baldoni for comment.

Ferrer is unlikely to face any fallout from the legal drama, even as it shines an unexpected spotlight on the actress.

"Isabela's performance was incredibly strong, and being named in the drama is a footnote, at best," Schmiemann said. "Her image should remain intact. Her communications with Justin Baldoni were nothing but kind, grateful, and magnanimous. Most people who are looking at this situation unfold are not holding Isabela accountable for what is currently at play. With some time and carefully chosen next steps and projects, she should have a plethora of opportunities ahead of her."

Schmiemann also felt for Ferrer and her scene partner, Alex Neustaedter, who played young Atlas, that the "situation may have shone a spotlight on their name in a way that would not have occurred without the long-term news cycle that has been focused on this film. As long as any potential future statements and legal testimony continues to follow the current trajectory, the cast, as a whole, is unlikely to be impacted in the long run."

JUSTIN BALDONI ACCUSES BLAKE LIVELY'S HUSBAND OF MOCKING HIM IN 'DEADPOOL' MOVIE AS HE GEARS UP TO SUE ACTRESS

She also noted that Brandon Sklenar, who played Atlas, and Jenny Slate, who played Baldoni’s sister in the film, "both have noteworthy credits to their names, with upcoming projects, and there is no reason to anticipate they would be harmed by this issue."

There is some risk though, according to Eldridge.

"If it is proven — through discovery, depositions, or actual cross-examination — that she or any other cast members had a more active role in the overarching dispute, then that stigma will certainly attach to some degree. But otherwise, a ‘guilt by association’ just for being part of the same cast and crew is far less likely."

"Hollywood, almost by definition, is a town based on drama and discord; this type of situation is not unprecedented — but the media coverage and eye-popping damages being sought might be," he added.

JUSTIN BALDONI TEARS UP TALKING ABOUT 'INTENSE YEAR,' 'ANXIETY' IN NEW INTERVIEW

As more of the legal drama unfolds, the unexpected scrutiny of Ferrer’s relationship to the movie and its battling stars is likely to fade.

"One or both parties will likely try to pull her to their respective side as this case progresses. But Isabela might want to take the ‘Switzerland’ approach: a permanent neutral state; no sides and no standoffs," Eldridge advised.

Ferrer is also unlikely to see either Lively or Baldoni defend her from public scrutiny, primarily for legal reasons.

"The Blake Lively legal camp likely isn't happy that this exchange exists, but then again, the actress did subtly align herself with Blake during the premiere — knowingly or not. As professionals, both camps are likely to be cautious not to continue to directly embroil Isabela into this saga."

Carrie Underwood's next big move after her celebrated presidential inauguration performance

10 February 2025 at 07:33

Carrie Underwood showcased her next big move following her triumphant performance at President Donald Trump's inauguration.

Underwood will appear as a judge on season 23 of "American Idol" and took to social media to celebrate her upcoming gig with her fans.

"'Then' as a contestant vs. ‘Now’ as a judge 20 years later!" Underwood captioned a post on Instagram. The now 41-year-old singer won season four of the singing competition.

Underwood revealed she is "counting down" the days until the season premiere of "American Idol" on March 9.

The singer recently performed at President Trump's inauguration, where she sang "America the Beautiful" a cappella after some technical difficulties.

The "Jesus, Take the Wheel" singer was seen telling the production team "I can just sing it" after the accompanying music would not play.

Underwood replaced "American Idol" judge Katy Perry. Auditions for the latest season began on August 12.

"This upcoming season marks 20 years since Carrie won America’s hearts on ‘Idol’ and launched her successful multi-GRAMMY Award-winning career. As a former Idol and dynamic musical force, she brings a remarkably unique perspective to one of the most popular shows on television," Disney Television Group President Craig Erwich said in a press release in August. "This is a full-circle moment both for the show and audiences at home who have been tuning in for over two decades. Welcome home, Carrie."

When asked what kind of judge she would be on the popular singing competition show, she admitted, "I do have a big problem … I can’t lie."

"I feel like I’ll be very honest but hopefully constructive and encouraging," Underwood told "Good Morning America," ahead of her debut.

The "Before He Cheats" singer also reflected on how she feels returning to the show after being crowned the "American Idol" in 2005.

"It feels like home," Underwood said. "There are so many people that even still work on the show that were there when I was a contestant."

"I feel like being on both sides of the coin, I’ll be able to hopefully offer some insight, and help. . . . "

Patricia Heaton optimistic President Trump has 'America on the right track'

10 February 2025 at 07:30

Patricia Heaton believes it's a "privilege to be living" in America and has high hopes for the next four years with President Donald Trump's administration.

During an interview with Fox News Digital, the 66-year-old actress, who is starring in the upcoming faith-based movie "The Unbreakable Boy," said she is optimistic about Trump's second term.

"I want everybody to feel that America is on the right track, feel proud of America and grateful," Heaton said.

PATRICIA HEATON SAYS LA FIRES PROVE ‘WE CAN’T JUST RELY ON THE GOVERNMENT'

The "Everyone Loves Raymond" star explained that traveling to other countries for charitable work has given her a strong appreciation for being an American citizen. In 2015, Heaton became the first celebrity ambassador for the Christian international humanitarian aid organization World Vision.

Her philanthropic work for the charity has included trips to Rwanda, Jordan and Uganda, where she has met with refugees and advocated on behalf of people living in poverty, according to her biography on World Vision's website. Heaton has also sponsored children in Zambia and Guatemala.

"I've traveled a lot around the world with World Vision and with other organizations," Heaton said. "And, you know, it's a privilege to be living in this country."

"There's so much opportunity here," she continued. "My husband's an immigrant from England, and that's a very, like, class society. And when he came over here, it was sort of like people told him, ‘You can do anything you want. And by the way, we want to help you achieve your dreams.’"

"And I think that's what's beautiful about the American people. And we want everybody who is here to feel like they can achieve their dreams."

Heaton and British actor and director David Hunt have been married since 1990 and share four sons.

"The Middle" actress expressed her hope that the Trump administration could make progress with easing tensions in the Middle East. Senior administration officials have said Trump has set his sights on an expansion of the Abraham Accords, which was brokered during the president's first term.

The Abraham Accords was a historic peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates that normalized relations and created bilateral agreements regarding "investment, tourism, direct flights, security, telecommunications, technology, energy, health care, culture, the environment, the establishment of reciprocal embassies, and other areas of mutual benefit."

Prior to Trump's inauguration last month, his team and the Biden administration negotiated a ceasefire and hostage-exchange between Hamas and Israel. Discussions about a second phase of the deal began last week.

"I'm hopeful that the difficulties in the Middle East will be settled to some extent," Heaton told Fox News Digital. "I don't think it'll ever completely go away. There's thousands of years of history there that's hard to undo."

Heaton also weighed in on the future changes that she hopes to see in California after last month's devastating fires, which killed 29 people and damaged or destroyed more than 16,000 structures.

The two-time Emmy Award winner, who teamed up with the nonprofit organization The LA Dream Center to aid with disaster relief efforts, previously criticized California leadership, claiming officials "dropped the ball" regarding the response to the fires.

Heaton told Fox News Digital in January that city leaders were not prepared for the fires and questioned where taxpayer money had been spent. The actress emphasized a need for forestry management and reservoirs actually filled with water.

"I know some of the officials were saying, ‘Well, the system was overwhelmed.’ Well, in case of a huge fire, of course it's going to be overwhelmed," Heaton said. "You should know that and have been prepared for that. So, I think there's a lot of money spent in L.A. and we can't figure out where it's going."

"It's people coming together in your community and insisting on getting stuff done. And sadly, this is a very, very, very harsh lesson."

During her most recent interview with Fox News Digital, Heaton said she believed California leadership needed to focus on two basic priorities.

"I just think you want to do the foundational work of your government, which is to maintain the infrastructure, number one. And keep people safe. Number two, like just focus on those two things," she said. "And when you get that done, then you can add on some bells and whistles."

Heaton's upcoming movie "The Unbreakable Boy," is an adaptation of Scott Michael LeRette and Susy Flory's 2014 book of the same name that was inspired by a true story. Written and directed by Jon Gunn, "The Unbreakable Boy" also stars Zachary Levi, Meghann Fahy, Jacob Laval, Peter Facinelli and Drew Powell.

A plot synopsis for the film reads, "When Scott and Teresa learn that their son, Austin, is autistic and has brittle bone disease, they initially worry about his future. However, with Scott's growing faith and Austin's incredible spirit, they become unbreakable as they find joy, gratitude and courage in the most trying times."

While speaking with Fox News Digital, Heaton shared that the movie emphasizes the importance of faith and community. Heaton, who is a devout Catholic, explained that she overcomes challenging times in her own life by leaning on her faith.

"I know that God is in control and in charge," she said. "So even if he allows difficult circumstances into my life, I know he's there with me and that we will get through these things and that he allows things in order to teach us something and to help us grow."

"But he also gives us people in our life to surround us, to walk through these difficulties together," Heaton added. "And so I think that's part of what this movie is about. It's about family coming together and coming together in their community and being able to overcome issues with hope, with heart and with humor."

WATCH: PATRICIA HEATON SAYS NEW MOVIE ‘THE UNBREAKABLE BOY’ HIGHLIGHTS IMPORTANCE OF FAITH AND COMMUNITY

Heaton told Fox News Digital that she was drawn to the project because she loved the story told in the original book.

"It's a true story, and it's very inspirational," she said. "And there's a lot of families that you might even know and you don't realize they have struggles within their family."

Heaton continued, "And so, I think it's good for all of us to learn to be open about what we're doing, what we're struggling with, so that your community can come alongside you and walk with you through difficult times."

"Faith and community are really important things, and I think community is the visible hands and feet of God," she added. "So God says, 'I'm here for you, and I'm here for you through your community.' And this is how we love each other and this is how we are our best selves. And I think the movie also shows that."

"We're becoming a society in schools and our other institutions, who are now realizing that we need to accommodate people of all different kinds of ways of being, of people that have learning differences and personality differences, and that we can accommodate everybody and create a society that helps everyone flourish and achieve their potential. So I think that's a lot of the message that this movie imparts, and I think we need that right now. "

Harrison Ford's ‘1923’ co-star says actor’s real-life plane crash impacted his acting

10 February 2025 at 07:00

Helen Mirren saw Harrison Ford's plane crash trauma firsthand while filming a scene in Taylor Sheridan's "1923."

Ford was on the cover of the Wall Street Journal's February issue to discuss his six-decade acting career, and his "The Mosquito Coast" co-star, Mirren, weighed in on her experience working with the acclaimed actor.

Mirren recalled the very first scene with Ford in "1923," which was the aftermath of an ambush against the Dutton family. Ford's character, Jacob Dutton, was left riddled with bullet wounds.

"He’s been carried into the kitchen, dying and covered in blood, and later Harrison did say to me, ‘That was how I was after the accident,’" Mirren told the outlet, referring to his plane crash. "I think, maybe, going through that experience just gave him a very different understanding of what it is to be a sentient human being."

HARRISON FORD RESPONDS WITH NSFW ANSWER WHEN ASKED ABOUT CO-STAR, SAYS HELEN MIRREN IS ‘STILL SEXY’

Ford has touched on his near-fatal plane crash in 2015, which affected his acting in "1923."

"When the scripts were coming, I was struck by how many major moments in my character's life had a substantial and not coincidental shadow of the same things in my life," Ford said during an interview with People in 2023.

"I watched a rehearsal with a stand-in being brought into the kitchen, and Helen [Mirren] coming in, sweeping everything off the counter, taking command."

"Even when I talk about it now, it emotionally relates to the airplane crash I had and what my wife went through," he added.

Although the "Indiana Jones" actor has been flying for years, Ford’s extreme plane crash in 2015 was the incident that loomed over his family the most.

'1923' STAR HARRISON FORD SHARES SECRETS ABOUT SEASON TWO AND REVEALS WHY HE'LL NEVER RETIRE

Ford suffered from head injuries, broken bones and a scraped arm when his vintage plane crashed into a Los Angeles golf course. At the time, Ford reported an engine failure during his flight.

The "Star Wars" alum has courageously moved on from the life-altering crash and is proud to tell the tale through his character in "1923."

"There have been five of six of those kinds of things that have shown up in the script, and it's really remarkable," Ford told People. "There's something that feels bigger than myself, and it's great to be able to serve these ideas."

The "1923" prequel is the second spinoff to the popular series, which follows the lives of the Dutton family as they run the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. This series focuses on the Dutton family surviving the early 20th century, including the Spanish flu pandemic, the historic drought in America, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression.

Mirren and Ford play Cara and Jacob Dutton, a married couple who manage a family ranch in Montana. The couple faces several challenges during their journey, but remain resilient throughout.

Ford revealed that he signed on to the "Yellowstone" prequel before ever seeing a script – the same thing he did with "Shrinking" and "Captain America: Brave New World." Per the WSJ, Ford signed on to these projects "based on the reputation of the shows’ creators and the broad plans they laid out for him."

"Again, no script," he said. "Why not? I saw enough Marvels to see actors that I admired having a good time."

In 2022, Mirren revealed that she also agreed to star in "1923" before reading a script.

"I wasn’t hugely familiar with the whole thing. What interested me about ('1923'), I did see ‘1883,’ and that era of American history has always really fascinated me," she said during an interview with Variety.

Mirren added that co-star Ford had the same sentiments and agreed to be a part of the Sheridan franchise without looking at the script first.

"The fact that Harrison was going to be involved was very important for me. Both of us committed to it without really reading any scripts.

"We didn’t really know what we were signing up for… the specifics of what we were signing up for. We had trust in Taylor’s extraordinary abilities as a writer, and we took a leap of faith," Mirren added.

Justin Baldoni tears up talking about 'intense year,' 'anxiety' in new interview

9 February 2025 at 10:22

Justin Baldoni isn't holding back.

In an interview he did with "Gent's Talk" podcast, originally recorded in November 2024, Baldoni can be seen getting emotional as he discussed some issues he'd had over the past year.

"I had a intense year," he explained in a sneak peek for the interview that was shared to Instagram. "This morning I sent a text message."

BLAKE LIVELY, JUSTIN BALDONI TIMELINE: TAYLOR SWIFT TANGLED INTO LEAKED MESSAGED, EMBARRASSING LAWSUITS

It's unclear what text message he's referring to in his comment.

"I had anxiety," he told the podcast host. When he was asked why, Baldoni said, "I haven't talked about this yet…."

The preview clip then cuts to a shot of Baldoni wiping his eyes and sniffling.

While promoting the episode on social media, the podcast explained that the interview was conducted in November as part of the "It Ends with Us" press tour. A description of the episode details that Baldoni talks about "the film, domestic violence, his relationship with his father, mental health, marriage and masculinity."

His interview is set to air in full on Monday at 2 pm ET.

While Baldoni doesn't explicitly mention Blake Lively or "It Ends with Us" during the clip, the interview was conducted just a month before Lively filed her complaint against him with the California Civil Rights Department. Shortly after, she filed her lawsuit against him in federal court.

In her complaint, Lively detailed allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional affliction of emotional distress, negligence and more against Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath.

Some of the issues allegedly addressed at an "all-hands" meeting at one point during the filming of "It Ends with Us" included no more showing nude videos or images of women to Lively, no more mention of Baldoni’s previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about personal experiences with sex, no more descriptions of their own genitalia, no more adding sex scenes outside what was in the original script, no more discussions about Lively’s weight or deceased father and more.

However, Baldoni insisted in his own lawsuit filed in January that Lively "falsely" accused him in an attempt to repair her reputation following the fallout around the movie's press tour after the actress took control of the film.

"Lively could not tolerate her publicly tainted image for even a moment, and further could not accept that it was entirely of her own making," the lawsuit said. "She needed a scapegoat. And rather than admit and take accountability for her own mishaps, she chose to blame Plaintiffs, in a malicious and unforgivably public manner.

"When she and [Ryan] Reynolds could not force Baldoni and Wayfarer to read a statement she and her representatives prepared, extorting them to ‘take accountability’ in defense of Lively’s actions, she lay in wait for months, preparing to publicly attack Baldoni by falsely claiming that he had sexually harassed her," the lawsuit alleged.

Earlier this month, a pre-trial hearing was held where Lively and Baldoni's lawyers were ordered to follow the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, which limit speaking to the press. Neither party will be allowed to make statements to the press that have a "substantial likelihood" of prejudicing a jury. However, the legal teams will be allowed to defend their clients in the media against publicity not created by either side.

The trial date remains set for March 2026.

SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski are 'always keeping busy' after his NFL retirement

7 February 2025 at 19:28

NEW ORLEANS — SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski are thriving, two years into the former NFL tight end's retirement.

Ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl, the former New England Patriots cheerleader and Jena Sims, the wife of professional golfer Brooks Koepka, spoke with Fox News Digital. Kostek explained what life in retirement looks like with Gronk, now a sports analyst for FOX.

"He's stepped into this next chapter of his life, but he's so busy with FOX. … I mean, the guy has a five-hour pregame show on Super Bowl Sunday. Halftime show. Postgame show. … We're always doing something new.

"We're always finding something to challenge us. We're always keeping busy, but it's fun. Running around, city to city, doing all of our things and getting to come together," Kostek said.

In May, Kostek revealed to Fox News Digital the NFL rule she broke to be in a relationship with Gronkowski.

"There is that rule where [you] cannot date the players," Kostek told Fox News Digital at the time. "I broke that one, but I kept it a secret for a little while. It was worth it in the end."

Kostek said the secret behind their lasting romance is surprisingly simple.

"We read our calendars to each other," she chuckled. "We don’t spend every waking moment together, so it’s exciting for us to get on the phone. It’s a common thing weekly to get on the phone together when we’re in different states and put out our calendars.

"It was my sister’s wedding in St. Thomas, and we had our calendars together. We were down on the beach, and I said, ‘I have the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch. It’s a big one. It’s the Legends issue. So, I’m going to be in New York for the first half of the week and then the second half of the week in Miami. And he’s like, ‘Perfect, I have a podcast to record in New York. I’ll be there for your event.’ And I’m like, ‘Perfect.’"

"It’s exciting when we can line up our schedules," Kostek said. "We have our press week, but then we squeeze in a dinner together or even just a bagel together on a park bench and make it a romantic movie, even if it’s 30 minutes. But I think that’s what keeps it alive. We both are just so supportive of each other, whether we’re afar or together.

"We get so excited even just going to a charity event," she added. "We did a gala recently where we both dressed up. We looked at each other, and we were like, ‘When was the last time we got dressed up together?’ And he was like, ‘I guess this is a date.’ And I said, ‘It’s a date.’

"We always look forward to our schedules [matching]. Whenever we both find time in our schedule where we have a week off, we book a trip. We’re thinking about going to Greece later in July. Now we’re just so excited about that. It will be our romantic time. In the meantime, we’re having fun being a dog mom and dad and being on the go," she said in May 2024.

Country star Colt Ford's advice to Jelly Roll after dropping 150 pounds

7 February 2025 at 18:02

Country star Colt Ford shared that he and Jelly Roll were able to bond over what it's like to be the "big guys."

During a recent interview with People, Ford revealed that he and Jelly Roll hung out backstage at one of the "Save Me" singer's concerts, where they discussed the complicated feelings that come with trying to live a healthier lifestyle when so much of your public image is associated with weight.

"Jelly has lost a bunch of weight," Ford told the outlet. "You start to think when you're a big guy like that and people love you, 'What if I lose weight? Are they going to still like me?' And I'm like, 'No, bro. I thought that for so long. No, no, no. As long as you're who you are, and you're authentic and good to people, s---, they don't care.'"

Ford, who once weighed 340 pounds, began his health journey in 2022, after he was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness, dropping to 250 pounds.

COUNTRY STAR COLT FORD SAYS HE 'DIED TWO TIMES' AFTER SUFFERING A HEART ATTACK

Following a near-fatal heart attack in April 2024, Ford committed to an even bigger lifestyle change, revealing he has since given up fried food and soda, and has begun walking more.

"There's much easier diets," he said. "But when I tried to lose weight before, when you're as heavy as I was... you feel like you're working hard and you still look in the mirror and go, 'This sucks. I'd rather just go back to [fast-food chain] Zaxby's.'"

Ford went on to share that he has not had a sip of soda or eaten any fried chicken since his health scare, explaining, "I'm eating a lot healthier. It's nice to feel good and be able to tell people like Jelly that."

In a previous interview with People, Ford shared that he knew he had successfully given up his fast-food addiction when he was able to turn down his wife's offer to go to Waffle House to celebrate his 55th birthday.

"When I woke up, my wife Megan goes, ‘I'll take you to Waffle House,’" the singer said. "And I said, ‘Nah, I don’t want to go.’ That’s when I knew I had won. I broke the habit."

Jelly Roll has also been open about his journey to a healthier lifestyle, sharing in November 2024 that he had lost 110 pounds. He debuted his slimmer appearance at the 2024 CMA Awards, where he walked the red carpet alongside his wife, Bunnie XO, and his 15-year-old daughter, Bailee Ann.

He went into detail about what the process has been like for him on a December 2024 episode of his wife's podcast, "Dumb Blonde," explaining he went through it "publicly for a reason."

"I think that people that become as big as I became, when they lose the weight, they're kind of ashamed," he said. "They're so ashamed that they go and hide and lose the weight, and then they come back out, and they don't really know how to interact with the world, looking different or feeling different, you know? And they kind of got to find their whole new way."

The "Church" singer also wants people to see that his success in the music industry is not dependent on his size, saying he "became successful in spite of" his weight, somehow managing "to be this successful with carrying 550 pounds."
