ARLINGTON, Va. — A jet with 60 passengers and four crew members collided with an Army helicopter Wednesday while approaching the Ronald Reagan National Airport near Washington. The aircraft plummeted into the Potomac River. Everyone onboard was feared dead, officials said Thursday.
